Despite dominating the first half, City found ourselves a goal behind early after the restart when Kylian Mbappe struck for PSG.
However, roared on by a passionate Etihad, City stormed back to level through Raheem Sterling's close-range finish just past the hour.
And a memorable night was then sealed when substitute Gabriel Jesus struck 14 minutes from time to seal the win.
It also confirmed top spot in Group A as City claimed our ticket to the last-16 for a ninth successive season.
