How does Feng E even make the "electric screech" sound on 1:36? He did it consistently 3 times, so I think is intentional, maybe a new original guitar breathing technique?
Sorry but i think Sungha's is better. Especially when Sungha slides up to play the chorus and with the nail attacks with constant strumming (he's too good in those) . But Feng e comes in second IMO.
The audio quality really should be done better. I can understand why some people prefer Sungha - his version is much cleaner and better produced. For Feng E, I wasn't that impressed on first listen though, until I listened closer on a second play. Quite a lot of the subtle sounds are muffled out, sadly. His fingers are too fast for the mic. Kind of like having to record in slow motion to capture Bruce Lee. Like Zenitsu's thunder breathing.

Although I'm usually not a fan of covers that have a changed key, I think Feng E is able to grasp the emotional aspect of Gurenge impeccably well especially compared to other musicians, which makes his cover of Gurenge my favorite :)

Me... profoundly deaf but I hear sounds. It’s speech that’s difficult. The unvoiced fricatives like p, t, s, f, st get completely mixed up with their voiced counterparts like b, d, z, and j or soft g sounds. Do you have any idea how often people use those sounds? I can only tell the difference by lip reading which is truly exhausting. Music on the other hand takes far fewer mental gyrations and interpretations. Instead it’s just awesome.. rhythm, percussion, slides, notes of all sorts! No translation needed. Full stop. Telegraph received straight from music to mind.
try playing radiohead if you find any of their song interesting. i recommend jigsaw falling into place or paranoid android, these are a very refreshing song!

している所があるのと
スラップのテクも有る（ひよっとしたらベースも弾いてるかも）
ローコード（サムミュート）とミッドコード（セハー（バレー））で左手の使い方（親指が真裏に回る）ように
切り替えてるので、クラシックの経験も有りそうだし
サビの所のビブラートはフォーク・ロック系のマイクロチョーキング方式だし
かなり色々な奏法の練習をしていると思えます
しかし、この乗りはすごい才能
