This just randomly dawned on me (in my adhd brain). The reason the Jacket Jacket fruit exist is because the creator of it wished they could warm someone they loved and shield them from the cold, or to protect them from outside sources, or maybe even hide them from danger.

Joyboy was Imus husband and the picture that we saw on imus room was Imu herself. lily was probably imus and joyboys daughter. and the reason why joyboy was apologetic was maybe because he was the reason why Imu became a villain or something like that. and the reason why imu didnt cut vivis poster was maybe because vivi was the descendants of joyboy and imu herself.
Kaku being the one to tell usopp the ship was genuinely broken despite being an enemy is actually a nice example of how kaku isn’t nearly as merciless as Lucci

Thinking about it, Mihawk is a pirate and I don’t remember him ever laughing. Though to be fair he also has no crew, has major trust issues, is more about the sword than being a pirate, and seems pretty empty inside having reached the peak above most. Also was he even a pirate if he mostly hunted marines lol

Maybe pluton was joyboy's ship because majority of world was land so there is no reason to build a weapon in form of a ship. Like Poseidon is technically not a weapon. But joyboy's ship was so advanced, like sunny which is also an overpowered ship, that it became known as an ancient weapon
Credit me for this in future! Only the Nefatari family can activate Uranus as such IMU was personality swapped into Lily to control Uranus meaning if all the Nefatari are eliminated then only IMU can command Uranus.
I think the fact all the Roger pirates have new targets on their backs gives more to the Scopper Gaban as the Man Marked by Flames.
Between Crocus in a whale, Rayleigh coating ships, Roger turning himself in and Scopper holding the last poneglyph they’ve all done something to try and prepare for the end.

I highly doubt Sakazuki knows anything. To me his words rather meant something like an order to Vegapunk to go on and spill the beans already. He's asking Vegapunk to explain himself and his recent actions against the WG. As much as I hate the guy I don't think he would be on the side of the world nobles if he knew everything
Hear me out on a few points:
1. The mother flame is something that's conjured by the original sun god nika, that's why luffy can conjure flames with his attacks.
2. The Ancient Weapons where not originally weapons, but modified life boats, originally, that's why joyboy wants everyone to have it, to freely traverse the entire world no matter where you are. Safely travel the sea with control of Poseidon, traverse the seas from land using pluton and even go to skypiea using uranus(if its not a laser weapon but like enel's boat thingy). Having fueled by the mother flame. And the 20 kingdoms made them as weapons.
3. With the world flooding luffy and gang will drain the waters of the world to see the original status of the Void Century.
Luffy can’t conjure flames it’s the speed/velocity of rubber and his haki to create that

@@WillDSwish his fruit quite literally (in its awakened form) allows him to do whatever he wants, abilities in previous forms that make no sense whatsoever are manifestaitons of that. Put simply his ability to use electricity or fire are due to his fruit allowing luffy's imagination to bleed into reality him being able to conjure fire is merely a matter of luffy trying to do it and believing he can (in gear 5 at least)

I agree with your assessment on Imu in that hes not possessing Lili's body but Lili is also not possessing his body but that theres 3 possibilities with Imu's infatuation with Lili
1. Theres unrequited romantic love involved between Imu and Lili
2. Imu is blood relative to Lili and is either Lili's father, brother,cousin, nephew or son
3. Lili is a mother figure to Imu
1 seems unlikely since oda went on record multiple times saying hes not good at writing romance nor does he want to although he does make some side characters hookup at times
With 2 the last name difference would need to be explained so may be unlikely too
3 seems the most likely as there have been alot of mother subtext lately with the mother flames and Imu comes off like a dark sanji and sanji's mom name was sora which could mean sky or void and there could be a big mom-mother caramel parallel with Imu and Lili, Imu may be a child
The reason that WG has a reward for even a small info about a lunarian's existence may be that their flame is the same a mother flame. Mother flame may be a flame that defies physics and exists without a substance/fuel needed to be burnt, the same as Lunarians' flame. So any info about a Lunarian could bring the WG closer to have an infinite amount of mother flame.

My theory is that joyboy had 5 elders in his crew
That would sun god have planets revolve around him which would also explain ancient weapons threat since it would fill up the solar system name

Maybe it's just me, but I think Sakazuki is angry could also because he doesn't know anything at all. So his take on this might be like "Hold up. The world is sinking!? Why WG didn't tell me anything about this!? Now you will tell me EVERYTHING, Vegapunk! I need to know!"
Again, this might be a stretch from me. But I find it fun to try looking at things from different side of possibility like this.
That’s pretty much how I interpreted that panel.
Lili being in Imu's body doesn't make sense because why would they question Cobra about the whole Poneglyph debacle if it was her the entire time and on top of that assassinating him.
I think Kaku's emphasizing with Stucy for another reason - he can very much relate to her from the time when he had to betray all his good buddies at Water 7. He seemed to be very chill about it back in the day but Kaku has a soft side, he's a friendly guy after all, so I think Stucy's betrayal just parallels with his own betrayal.
One thing I don’t understand is this: The WG stole the Mother Flame and wasted it by using it on Lulusia. Why not use it on Laugh Tale instead? Does Imu not know where Laugh Tale is, OR is Laugh Tale something that Uranus can’t destroy? Is Laugh Tale made of the same stone as the Poneglyphs? OR what if Laugh Tale exists at the center of the One Piece world, an island that exists in an underground sea??

Tinfoil: imu is the national treasure of Mariejois. The conduit for the Eve Tree that bestows some kind of ability. Doffy, knowing about this power, says one can swap to become the conduit with the Ope Ope and gain access to Mother Natures(Eve Tree)'s power.
I ended up on this thought train because the celestials defeated Lunarians for access to it. based on what we know about plants In the redline, the eve tree was probably there before the wall. Redline could have even come from it.
Not imu in particular but the tree itself is the treasure! And I think it produces the devil fruits but also might give some kind of other powers too!
@@aether5031Uranus could also be a possibility. My theory was that it belonged to the lunarians and the mother flame is a similar power source to the flames on their backs. That could imply that each of the ancient weapons initially belonged to each of the ancient kingdoms allies, not exactly their weapon that they had at their disposal

Alabasta and Dressrosa survived the 200 meters of flooding. Now does the kingdoms float or there are ancient ruins under those kingdoms. In Wano we saw the flooded Wano but that's because of the borders.
Now that you mention it, Dressrosa being surrounded by huge boulders just got more interesting.

Roger's pirates did actually try, Shanks stole the Hito Hito No Mi and found its user and Reyleigh trained Luffy for two whole years.
I think Mihawk is the most serious pirate. I think i only saw him smile once after Zoro promised Luffy that he would eventually beat him. Since then, i can't remember him smiling.
Yeah, I've kinda had a theory in the back of my head ever since Dress Rosa that I've never expressed, and that theory is that the Perpetual Youth Surgery (not sure if I'm remembering the name properly) is actually body swap technique using the Op Op no Mi, but results in both people becoming ageless. This would make a lot of sense if Doffy had really always intended for Rosinante to eat the fruit, because it would make both of them ageless beings since Rosinante was clearly still very important despite their time apart, and would allow Doffy to technically not taint himself by living in the body of a normal human. It wouldn't even retroactively change how the surgery was said to work, because you'd still have the fruit user "trading their lives" for the person they're using the surgery on, it just wouldn't be in the way we thought before. I dunno, it's just an idea that's been kicking around in my head since the Doffy and Law backstory that I thought was cool.
Biggest issue with your theory is you dont understand the ope ope fruit once The eternal youth thing is used the user of the fruit exchanges their life source/die in the process so no doffy didnt even think of using rosinante like that since for a long time HE HAD A DEVIL FRUIT! The nagi nagi which helped him spy for however long hes been a marine double agent ,no they dont exchange lifes like you thought one dies for the other to live forever they explicitly explained this
If the "trading their lives" wordplay works in japanese too, then this might be really plausible. Although, that would also mean that the whole half of the SH crew that got bodyswapped is now immortal.
@@doubl2480 Well, given some of what we've seen the SH crew go through since Punk Hazard, that would not surprise me. But if this is how the immortality surgery works, I think it would be something more like "eternal youth" more than eternal life. You could still die, but you wouldn't grow old, and possibly not sick either. Or Oda could say that the SH crew is no longer immortal as that was cancelled out when their souls/hearts returned to their original bodies. Perhaps because the souls being in bodies that don't belong to them could be the explanation for how the immortality works. Like, a soul can't be forced to evacuate the body via fatal injury if it's not the body that belongs to that soul originally because the two are permanently linked. Kind of how Moria's DF establishes a link between a body and it's shadow, because if the person whose shadow was used to create a zombie died, their shadow disappears too.

I love the panel of Crocus and Laboon. Crocus's hair makes it look like Laboon has raised a fin or his tail to his mouth in shock at the revelations that Crocus has been sitting on this lore bomb the entire time.
I am thinking that them being too early at Laugh Tale might connect to the flooding news. Like maybe, the secret to stopping the flooding is on Laugh Tale, but it is locked behind a certain water level that the world needs to hit, which could have just happened with the destruction of Lulucia. It would also add to this subtle theme that the world government is effectively killing themselves because their actions work as motivation or accidental benefits for Luffy
I believe there’s a red herring with crocodile’s brief appearance in 1116
Vegapunk says the only people who knows the entirety of the V century and ancient weapons are the *Roger pirates* . Yet, when he talks about the ancient weapons, crocodile was seen listening in. It makes sense cuz that was his goal back in the alabasta saga, taking the ancient weapon for his own benefit(albeit barely giving af about the poneglyph). But I think Oda opened his hand and it’s flying over some heads.
*Oda might’ve subtly gave us a hint that Crocodile was once a member of the ROGER PIRATES*

It's always bugs me from the start why he/she(yes she i am 100% sure he was a woman before and love WB or WB killed someone that he loves)hate WB so much as he is no where strong enough to hurt WB even in Marine ford arc when he was already dying. So man like WB to remember a person who he defeat regularly and not kill him or injured him beyond repair in there first fight does not make any sense.
A continuation of the 1st theory :- that imu and lili exchanged bodies and imu was actually a good person while lili was the one who betrayed everyone by taking imu's body. Cause imu is said to be the mother of nature in this world (imu-umi= sea) 🤷

The comment about Buggy taking action because he is a Roger Pirate gave me an "Aha!" moment. I was trying to figure out why Crocodile's expression looked so annoyed when we saw him, but he probably knows he has to keep following Buggy if he wants to find the answers.
Personally, I think there's more to the love triangle and the war with the ancient kingdom, but Imu is for sure in love with Lily.
The theory of breaking the Red Line making the world "One Piece" is pretty common, but if the whole word floods and the only thing above sea level becomes the Red Line... it's also "One Piece".
Makes you think if one piece is the land, the one continent connected.
This just made me think of something crazy. Sugars fruit turns people into toys and makes people forget that they ever existed. I wonder if candy being defeated led to others who were forgotten completely over the years being turned back to normal with most not even realizing… or it could be bigger than that and there’s a similar more powerful fruit that changes somebody or makes them be “erased” from the face of the earth. Could lead to some crazy plot points

It is odd, but as I understand it's basically a case of complacency. They didn't think York was doing anything important and regarded her as rather lazy. Her job was to perform all of the bodily functions like eating, sleeping, and pooping on behalf of all the Vegapunks.

They are 2 of the strongest crews of all time and 2 crews that knew about the flood and could predict an oncoming one. I know overall haki is meant to be more important but having a seriously good devil fruit could be really helpful.

So the thing I found odd about the Sakazuki panel was the last time we saw him he seemed pretty chill, and than right after Vegapunk starts to explain that The Roger Pirates knew all of these secrets, it showed him really mad. It was almost structured as Sakazuki wasn't mad that Vegapunk was revealing the world governments secrets but he was mad that he revealed that The Roger Pirates knew all of this.
I think there might still be some ground to stand on here for people that are hoping Sakazuki might rebel against the world government. I can imagine some sort of grand plan that spans all the way back to Roger that involves Sakazuki and large portions of the marines as well as the former Roger pirates. That's why people like Sakazuki, Garp, Kizaru and Sengoku stay in their place and don't try to fight back. Because they're all biding their time waiting for the same thing.
Sakazuki is a radical that blew up a ship full of civilians at Ohara. There is no turn coming for him. He's on the side of the Celestial Dragons which makes him swine. Garp stays to be actual justice in a system of corruption. kizaru proved himself to be a tool on egghead. And sengoku the jury's still out. But i don't give him a pass for the underhanded bs he pulled at marineford. He has no honor.

If I had to wager a guess as to how this is all going to play out, I think we're probably going to get a bit more void century details, then right before Vegapunk would reveal whatever the things is that the One Piece are, the transmission finally gets cut off, and then on Elbaf we learn the fill-in pieces of history needed, aside from the One Piece.
The only thing im certain of now that i dont think is going to get switched up is the location of the OP. It’s definitely underwater, sounds dumb that it took so long to really narrow it down, but im absolutely certain now. You may have figured it out sooner but im just now getting fully sold on the idea

I think I figured out what the one piece is. We know that the sea level rises by a meter when the ancient weapon is used. We also know that whatever the Rodger pirates found on laugh tale made them laugh. I think the one piece is a giant sponge and I’m not joking, I think it’s a very oda thing to do and it works with the cartoony aspect of gear 5. The only thing that doesn’t fit is that Rodger said he was too early, this could be that the sea level isn’t high enough yet, or that luffy’s devil fruit is needed to use the sponge.
I don't think this will be the case given that a sponge big enough to absorb 200 meters of water worldwide would be too big to hide, but if it is I'll be sure to tell everyone I know that you got it right.
I think one piece is the continent that was sunk to be fair, and one piece is a tale about how it was sunken and how to get it back.

I think it would be more dramatic if sakazuki didn't know any of the history and this revelation spits in the face of his sense of justice. So sakazuki starts making moves to bring down imu, making him an ally. But he is still the man who killed ace. This extra level of tension would make the finale more dramatic when Luffy and sakazuki eventually cross paths again
if my memory serves me correctly akainu was so thorough with the destruction of ohara because the government claimed that they were traitors seeking to unearth the secrets of the ancient weapons by studying the void century so maybe at some point he either went to the elder stars demanding more answers or he did some low key research of his own. or maybe he also knew about the void century from before ohara and that's why he especially didn't want any more info getting out

I like the love triangle idea because love makes you do crazy things. Another idea could be VIVI is JoyBoy's brother and once IMU found out they saw that as a betrayal because he could just sees VIVI as using them. VIVI could be IMU's sister and that's why he's so obsessed with her because she is the only family he ever knew.
