This is insane. I took a Computer Graphics class last year, and I thought I was going to be able to do the things I see in your videos. Not. At. All. Seriously, how did you learn to do this kind of stuff? Also, I realized being a good animator requires to be good at drawing, which I am not at all, so really Animating is waaaaaaaay more than I thought it was

@98codex yes, you could actually use the screenshot bitmap and crop it down to the google chrome circle. but i vectorized it to give a simple example of the method, also if you ever zoom in during the animation it will be smoother

One tip for you though, if you're outlining to turn things into vectors, it's easier to set the line thickness to minimum (0,1). Makes it easier to see things.

This was good and bad for me to have watched. It was good because now I know a bit more about flash, and this is also pretty awesome. It was bad because I now have no intent of becoming an animator. At the very least, if I do try flash again, I know where to go when I have no idea what I'm doing. Seriously though, you are animazing.
The 3 important of animating is
A) Patient
B) Never give up
C) Practice

Ah, that's kind of a sentimental journey to my youth for me...
I used to do everything with flash. Making animations, building entire web sites. It was so cool to work with. I never touched it again after adobe acquired it. Which was also due to the fact that I am a music composer and I was working with Flash just because no one else wanted to make stuff with me.
It gave power to people like me, to do a lot of things for and by yourself.
Musically I did something cool with Flash to. Once I wrote a piece for full orchestra and recorded it in several layers (for instance the bass part in one layer, the brass in the second, high strings in the third and the woodwinds in the fourth layer).
All layers had a different length and tempo and I looped them.
The effect was that you hear something else all of the time and it worked really well!
I only had to make really sure that I orchestrated and harmonized the orchestra I such a way that the layers didn't harshly intersect with each other, but once that was all in place it worked out really good!

Nope, if you wanna do ANYTHING even remotely complex like the Firefox one, you need to remake it.
Although yes, this is true with something like Google Chrome's icon simply bouncing, but if you want it to fly up and shoot lasers n crap like it does in Animator vs. Animation III, again, you gotta remake it.

My main Internet Search thing is Mozilla Firefox, i trust the program because, it get very little updates, the updates it does get are really good so, it doesn't need them often, plus your able to customize the home screen, I suggest getting it, BTW I'm not a person who spams video comment sections with viruses, so yeah do't go saying FUCK YO VIRUS, so yeah get it it really good, the only bad part is that you need a good computer, not everyone has a good computer, but Google Chrome is for everyone, so yeah. :3
