Even the youngest of the group-yes I am talking about you Dodz-performs in a way that makes all of us tap or stomp our feet. As I have said it before, I do not understand how all of you put these songs together this quickly and at this level of quality. I’m sure many of us in the USA are deeply touched by your sincere enthusiasm for our music. It has forced this older guy from Hawaii to start paying attention to filipino music and start learning some basic tagalog. I can remember in the distant recesses of my memory growing up in North Carolina a cover done on the “Arthur Smith” show, out of Charlotte. That must have been around 1960-62. I remember going around as a 6-year-old singing it. Having been with my Filipina wife and her family for 21 years now, I was delighted to hear this song rendered by such talent, in that delightful Filipino accent!
