@@SupernaturalConventions I think what happened with J2 is they remembered the plot points but not that it was Season 2 - I wish someone had just gone "yellow eyes". I feel like the main reason is that season 2 was mostly just a continuation of season 1's plot (Sam's powers, YED etc) so people forget that all of that plot was actually not just the second half of season 1.
Wayward Goddess He remembers it from an actor’s perspective - he had to act against himself in the episode so it was a big challenge for him, and he has also spoken about how he admired Jared’s performance in that episode. So it stands out for him personally.

There's just something SO INTRIGUING AND INTERESTING about the way both Matt and Misha tell stories like I don't know what it is but often with stories being told I get bored very quickly very often (maybe its the ADHD idk man) but when these two tell stories it's just so interesting I could probably hear them on a loop over and over

I loved season 2, so I kind of heartbroken when they didn't remember, like how could you forget: Sam had a demon in him, he broke his hand, he died, he came back, he find out Dean might have to kill him if he couldn't save him, Sam's last bit of true innocence before it faded away and he turned a bit evil, Dean punched him, Dean smashed up his car when he got mad, Bobby calling them "idgets" (idiots), that asshole Jake stabbed Sam in the back, literally, and then released demons on the world. I mean some good shit
This is an older post; but it reminds me of this story that Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley told. They were shooting the first season of the Vampire Diaries in Georgia, and apparently it was freezing. So when Paul was so deliriously cold he went over to this tent where they kept heaters and things for the actors/crew to go inside to get warm. And Paul stuck his face right next to a gas heater and gave his face second degree burns. And he had to shoot a scene with Ian the next day, and his face was all swollen and red, so they had to do like what they did with Jensen here, and do post production on his face, lol. In that case Ian said it cost them 100,000 dollars to fix Paul's face.
