Is that non pasteurised milk? I have tried it with full fat milk from the shops and the pasteurisation chemicals made it very bitter to the taste. Someone advised getting raw milk from nearby farms and will try that.
Hi SileTa, thanks for watching my video and supporting my channel, Raw milk is the best to use but so far the Homogenised & Pasteurised full fat milk i am using is working fine for me, no aftertaste, it's just perfect....if you are close to the farms then i would suggest that you try the raw milk. @@thegreatafrikanchannel Thanks for the great video. I used to watch my grandmother do it and she used to add the milk in stages (days). So she'd let the milk 'die' say day1, add fresh milk to it second and let it die again (usually a day) and add more fresh milk for the third time and let it ferment. Yours is more straightforward but I'll do a comparison and feedback. Thanks once again.
