The retreat was called, "Seeing Life through the Eyes of Jesus and Mary: A Scriptural Reflection".

Love your explanation! Thank you, Fr. Terrance. At 26:26 "When Jesus says 'Be perfect, therefore, as your Heavenly Father is perfect.' (Mt 5:48)...the context is to be perfect in love. 'Be perfect' does not mean do everything flawlessly...that's not realistic...The word 'perfect' here in Greek is 'teleios' which means 'mature, full-grown, or complete.' It relates to our Christian character. It doesn't mean I can't ever make any mistakes....What Our Lord is telling us is that we need to be perfect in Love towards others."
I would add here that if a person's love is mature, full-grown, and complete then that person would be capable of the love described in 1Cor 13:4-7.
