I’ve got to hand it to you and Josh. Not only are you cleaning up their appearance, but taking the time to convert them to manual, and addressing any questionable issues, and going over them with a fine tooth comb. Just remember Dan & Josh, the customer that gets the product at the cheapest price will complain the most. Hold out for top dollar, you’re putting in the work. Get your money $$$ 🤩😎👍🏼
You two have completely transformed that car and brought back the pedigree. Enzo is surely smiling-A lot of work, but it will be worth it in the end! I know you do full inspections and service every one of your vehicles, but with this one ALL being documented online, the new owner will be able to confidently get in it and enjoy it. Well done 🥂 I see the patrol car is out front for extra security 👌
I bet it'd look great with a few vinyl prints of the "Mo"vallino logos "Nefarious Activities" 🥂 P.S. Vincent Anatra, former Hoonigan's Garage, picked up a 360. He's looking to get it sorted out and manual swapped. With you and Josh's experience and expertise I'm sure y'all can help. He has a TH-cam channel as well so maybe a collaboration in the future?? We'll see if he reaches out!
If the shift on the OEM manual 360 isn't too good, it's probably the plastic OEM bush that's failing. Swap it out for a hill engineering metal bush. Sorted mine.
This thing is gonna be sweet once all finished. I always loved 360's. Its great yall are working together and sharing all of this, it gives the buyer more confidence!! I may have missed it but are yall putting a nice exhaust on this one or no?
I’ve been following your channel for years and every once in a while you gotta give a good guy his props. As a fan that doesn’t know you outside of your channel, I am really proud of you dude! You have learned a lot, taught us a lot, and provided a ton of laughs. Keep up the great work. I know it’s not easy. Stay strong and thanks.
It amazes me how someone can take a beautiful car like that and half ass things. Granted, it all can be made right, you guys are proof of that, but damn. Every car I've owned from my Honda CRX to a Ferrari was wired properly and I took pride in my work. But everyone is different. Overall, I think that is going to be a very nice car with no issues. IMO.
Damn it Dan! Here I was getting ready to be productive and you post another video. Oh well, sacrifices have to be made, productivity will just have to wait another 10 or 15 minutes. 😂
Not only are pre-purchase exams important on these cars but also the history of who worked on them before hand so as to expose the butchers and shade tree hacks that think they are master technicians!
I love how The Stubb has created multiple vehicle DIY's ....got a lot going on at once, and that's always good to see !!! Congratulations guys, great work !!! Cheers !!!!
So since you guys aren't certified technicians (and do say so on your website), do you provide any warranties or guarantees on your work? A lot of these are not trivial fixes/repairs.
Giallo Modena. Yellow.....Did you try to measure the thickness of the paint to figure out if the car was repainted? But the access panel is red....so....very strange... I think the front hood was changed and the "new" one was of a dfferent color and then resprayed in red.
That doesn't appear to be the case because it's red underneath the black paint. So they would have to have painted it top and bottom and the black. Plus it is the proper thickness, about 6mil.
I believe it can be shipped there, but it is not completely compatible with RHD cars. The pedals are different but I think that's the only major consideration.
Ever thought about getting into the Audi R8 manual conversion business? Or not enough juice on the resale of a manual R8? I have a 2011 V10 with the r-tronic that I have had for nearly 11 years. Pretty reliable but system but the gated is tugging on me...
May want to confer with JR of @watchjrgo about Audi ECM or Audi’s engine management computers and I believe there are two. He had a nightmare with them as I recall.
Ferrari should have sent a cease and desist letter to the former owner or better yet a mafia hit for what they did to the car. Thanks for rescuing it. I’m a year from a Ferrari purchase but I will be coming to you two for it when I do.
That's hard to say. It may depend on the car honestly. But, It's hard to go wrong with red and tan. It's so classic Ferrari that there will always be people wanting that combo.
Wow. Whoever owned that Ferrari needs to get a Cease & Desist from Ferrari and banned from ever owning another one. That handiwork is horrific. 😥🤕🤒🤢🤮🥴😵💫😵⚰️🪦
it sure is nice seeing you guys fix potential issues as you find them... i thinks it makes your clients have a better experience all around
Yeah, that's something that can cause the timing belts to fail pre-maturely so it's a possible major problem.

You aren't lying

Haha yes the patrol car is keeping the hood safe from nefarious activities
I bet it'd look great with a few vinyl prints of the "Mo"vallino logos

Yeah it's less than impressive
This car is the gift that keeps on giving.
Right?!

Thank you very much. That really does make me smile

It's a very odd situation for sure
Sweet! I’m doing my 360 myself sometime in 2024. Make all the vids on this one long for me!
Haha ok
Damn it Dan! Here I was getting ready to be productive and you post another video. Oh well, sacrifices have to be made, productivity will just have to wait another 10 or 15 minutes. 😂
Lol sorry
Y'all need to get the previous owner on the show to do some wrenching. I can't imagine better entertainment than seeing him in action.
😂😂
Oh man. Stay away from the zip ties and black silicone
Not only are pre-purchase exams important on these cars but also the history of who worked on them before hand so as to expose the butchers and shade tree hacks that think they are master technicians!
Yup
this guy went to the same school the mechanics that the guy worked on my mother's old car did.
I love how The Stubb has created multiple vehicle DIY's ....got a lot going on at once, and that's always good to see !!! Congratulations guys, great work !!! Cheers !!!!
Thank you very much!
It will go faster now without the go faster "parts", thanks to weight reduction
Lol
I like it when Dan se were gonna SWAP POSITIONS
LOL
So since you guys aren't certified technicians (and do say so on your website), do you provide any warranties or guarantees on your work? A lot of these are not trivial fixes/repairs.
No we do not.
I would have more faith in Dan works than in 90% of works done by "certified" technician.
I laugh every time you say "shift box". Lots of times, it sounds like you're saying it with a silent "f".
Lol that may be a Freudian slip

maybe you'll convert a 458, Ferraris should all come out manual like a long time ago... what you do is nice🔝🔝🔝🔝💣💣💣💣💣
We will not
I dont think that is cat5, looks like alarm wire (22g 6 wire bundle)
Ahhh that may be it. Still, WTF!
Would it be possible to import these kits to South Africa? Would the kit be compatible to right hand drive cars?
I believe it can be shipped there, but it is not completely compatible with RHD cars. The pedals are different but I think that's the only major consideration.
Saving Ferrari’s…..love it😊
Haha yup
Wish there was an option to give 2 thumbs up on videos like this. Are you listening TH-cam?
Haha thank you
Hi Dan, I have a 997.1TT 2008. I sometimes think about trading fir a 360 manual. About how much will this 360 go for?
Not sure yet but feel free to email
Hood was replaced.
Probably
With all the aftermarket wiring you guys have pulled iut if Ferraris its not suprising so many burn
Well that plus the fuel pumps being shit

We've looked into it. It's not off the table

What is the cost soup to nuts to convert a F430?
Thanks
Starts at $20k
Noodly appendages.. I see you too are a follower of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
Ramen.
Ferrari should have sent a cease and desist letter to the former owner or better yet a mafia hit for what they did to the car. Thanks for rescuing it. I’m a year from a Ferrari purchase but I will be coming to you two for it when I do.
Lol
DAN------ In the "Ferrari Resale" world, what is considered more desirable..... BLACK or TAN interior?
That's hard to say. It may depend on the car honestly. But, It's hard to go wrong with red and tan. It's so classic Ferrari that there will always be people wanting that combo.
this guy went to the same school the mechanics that the guy worked on my mother's old car did.
LOL
This 360 reminds me of people that destroy their house by doing their own crappy renovations and having no idea what they’re doing. 🤦♂️
Oh man that's far scarier
Oil leak on an Italian car? You are going to have that.
Just means there's still oil in there
The 360 that keeps on Giving 😂💦👍
Lol yup
Hehehe swap positions hehe
Lol
Wow. Whoever owned that Ferrari needs to get a Cease & Desist from Ferrari and banned from ever owning another one. That handiwork is horrific.
😥🤕🤒🤢🤮🥴😵💫😵⚰️🪦
It's......... Interesting
Hi Dan, you should hire a third person for extra labour.. because I can tell you work non stop probably 7 days a week, 16 hour days.. lol
We're trying to get to where we can afford that
