Finally, Wu Huan got what she deserves. Very satisfying moment for the viewers :))) But we have to admit that she looks awesome with white hair! She (the actress) is gorgeous and did a super job portraying this character.

This ep is so good, even after watching it again, i still get emotional over it. Yuanqi and baijue spending times together, and baijue talked to his son about death before he leave as a way to say goodbye to him. Also him appear to her in her dream as a way to say farewell, telling her not to dream about him anymore just got me more emotional 😭 Baijue is a master of planning, tying up loose ends before leaving, and his love for shanggu when he looks at her is so beautiful. Xukai has done wonder to this role 😍💖🌷😚

At some point, I pity Yuanqi 💔🥺 he is too young to experienced and witnessed all the hardships. And As far as I can remember, XuanYi said that as long as there's someone who has the Power of Chaos, tribulation will not stop.😅 but anyway, we wish that they had more time to spend together 🥺
My heart is broken. After one more episode this drama will end.. But all theose dramas I had watched, this is the only drama that I don’t want to be end. Love you Xu Kai... It’s a masterpiece indeed...

Bai Jue finally is having wonderful moment with his son. In this way he is saying Goodbye his son. He appeared in Shanggu dream and told her the things that he couldn't say before. :'(♡

Not a word about being Jingzhao's brother & said that he not want be Wu Huan's son. He's finally rid himself of that self-absorbed blindness & saw the negative impact his decisions, methods, actions had on those around him.

There are a lot of great scenes in this episode but shoutout to my good boy Hongri, his current reincarnation is the cutest in the Three Realms.

BJ was such a perfectionist! I like that he made sure everything was cleaned up before he sacrificed himself. This not only includes kingdom affairs, but family as well.
He spent key, important time with his wife and son before departure. He made up or left a pathway of healing and love for his loved ones.
XK played this role excellently, it was good casting on behalf of the production team. Actually, all the actors were superb!
PS…T the Immortal demon who grew up with and fell in love with the chief goddess…S. I’ve been touched by his genuine love and friendship for and with her.
In the end she had two men who loved and stood by her. True love is when you can help raise another man’s child and love him like your own. T was not just an uncle, he stood in for BJ/QM at a crucial time when he could not and until she was emotionally able to be a mother.
OMG…forgot GJ, her servant/father. She had 3 men who were loyal, loved and defended her!
No he did not spend important time with shanggu before his departure. Nor did Bai Jue leave a path for healing for her but more of confusion.

Xukai is truly an amaizing actor his eyes give away so many emotions that words can never describe, I was tearing up the way he looking at his son.

Even though Wu Huan was the evil character, props to the writers for making her a very real and multi faceted personality!
This is one of my fav episodes. This whole series was so beautifully written and acted. Everyone of these actors are so talented. This whole series is a masterpiece from the music score to the costumes. I really wish they could come back for another season.
Tianqi is really an amazing bro to Bai Jue. He looked after Yuanqi with so much love and dedication. Taken care of Shanggu and remembering to save Hongri and return the fire lion to BJ as a companion before he leaves for seclusion. Have to mention Jingyang's personal regret and his love and bond with his father and second brother. That's brave but very sad. Such heartful confessions to his mother is grief stricken.
This was a satisfying episode, don't even know how many times I've seen this. Shanggu served her with the best punishment. Ancient Love Poetry is definitely my top 2, truly a masterpiece. Everyone did a fantastic job
I already watched this drama ... But i came here to watch again cuz this is the best drama for me.... I cried a lot and again i cant hold my tears..when yuanqi called father to bai jue for the first time that was so heartbreaking

The story, actors, costumes, OST and scenery were well done. Probably one of the top 10 dramas for 2021.

i cried my eyes out when she met him in her dream and he told her "don't think of me and don't dream about me. i love you and good bye." Xu Kai was not playing the character, he became brave Bai Jue and drew us in his journey. I felt his pain and my heart broke with his. How admirable.

The scene with the son adds substantiation to my assessment that she doesn't really care about her kids. They are basically there to fulfill whatever need she has for them.

Bai Jue’s kiss on Shangu’s forehead when he visit her in her dream speaks volume. When he kiss her on her forehead, he is telling her that he will always be there for her and will always love her with all his heart. That’s why He made the ultimate sacrifice; after all he did say that he will accompany her for a long time. I have watched all the 49 episodes at least 6 times already, and I still cannot moved on. And the OST, Wow!! I don’t speak or understand Chinese, but all the songs has captivated my heart and mind with the amazing and beautiful 49 episodes. I just wish their son was with them when Bai Jue return and less waiting and more love reunion.

Those who were saying Bai Jue is heartless but did ya forgot that he took those thunder strikes for Shanggu? Protected her from everything and even tried to lie to her to stay from her task. Qingmu was honest and took Houchi with him through thick and thin. Bai Jue lied so he can sacrifice himself instead.
The thing is...I'm not saying he didn't do anything for her. The problem is that he always does what he thinks is right and makes decisions for others regardless of what they truly want and feel you know...He's like an overprotective parent who controls his/her child in name of keeping them safe and although he/she does a lot for the child but the bad far outweighs the good and I know a lot of people might like that way of upbringing but I just don't agree with that.That's the simplest way I could think of explaining my opinion. Of course there are also other reasons why I don't like Bai Jue but I think this should suffice

I don’t understand Mandarin, which only proves that these actors are phenomenal. Because when I have to read at the same time they are acting, it normally loses some Attention from me. Not this show however.

I agree. The theme music/voice at the beginning is truly beautiful! The theme at the end during the credits is fabulous too! I noticed during the show, that the music was invoking emotions. Whoever was in charge of that is a freaking genius. Most of the time I can enjoy a movie and walk away during and after, thinking this is a good movie. Wu Huan ' s eldest son is the best character for rebuilding and correcting oneself. Her Sons and Daughter had her temper but still got their fathe's ( Muguanng ) attitude. Finally they all went to the right path mostly I guess. Sometimes, you need to get a chance to meet a good mentor before your life was too late
