@@gregoryparris58 my f10 is my daily and it’s full bolt on stage 2 plus. I bought it and modified it at 110k miles. Did all the maintenance. And now it’s at 125k a year later. Burns a little oil but pretty good other than that! 22mpg and like you said a sleeper!

Joni, now that you gave up on youtube, what other goals took priority. Hopefully, it's related to being a dad soon because you don't want your woman to be doing delivery in her 30s. You can see the statistics for complications and miscarriage. Anyways, hope is all well for you and paying all that debt you amassed with the home mortgage :)

Didn’t give up. Having 6 figures months in the real estate world takes priority over my hobbies. New videos coming soon.
