I have a question,if we quote a particular organization or reference(for ex: quoting a line or two from the U.N human rights declaration),will that be correct because then later in the application,we have to tick mark a box that says ' I agree that all of the previous information is an original wriiten by me?' Kindly comment on this.
The question asks for volunteering work and therefore you've got to focus on that. I'd advise that you broaden your definition of volunteering. It is not only for a development organisation but it can be at a church, a friend's business, an event etc...
Yes you can. Once login afresh, you should see a 'Start New' button. Click that and choose CSC theme plus another University and course you'd like to apply to.

Others require just one ( www.strath.ac.uk/studywithus/scholarships/commonwealthsharedscholarship/ ) . Ensure you have confirmed with the university. Most require that you apply to both. Once again, confirm with the university. To be on the safe side, apply to both if the university is not responding as fast as you wish them too or if it is not stated on their website.

As shared earlier, as long as you indicate where that is from then there should be no issue.
