You are a lifesaver. Thank you for making the tutorial. I remember something along these lines back when i had a galaxy s1 or s2 but didnt remember it fully.❤
This worked a treat and saved me a tonne in headache pills! The email address I originally had the Tab S8 Ultra associated with was no longer in use so I couldn't factory reset it. With the technique used in this video you must plug it into the PC directly - not via a passive hub otherwise it will not work. As long as you get a charging sign when plugging the cable into the tablet you're good to go.
Thank you. I had to do the reset after forgotten pin. It was driving me nuts because it kept rebooting after power off/vol down. What I didn't realise until I saw you dooing it is that you have to move immediatley from power off/vol down to power off/vol up once the screen goes black. If you wait a few seconds it will reboot on it's own and you'll have to start again. I don't know if it's important to have the tablet plugged in or not. Mine had plenty of battery but I plugged it in anyway while doing this
