Great video once again. Just a question, how long did it take you in real time (without the video cuts) to get through the Valley section (from Brunswick St to Adelaide St). I wonder because the Valley Island stop seems like the most illogical stop location, particularly for routes coming along Ann St. Leaving what's left of the bus lane near James St to cross 3 lanes of traffic to then have to wait again at Gotha St just to cross back over seems like such a waste of time (especially without proper bus priority at Gotha St). It seems that just having the bus lane stay in the left lane all the way along would significantly decrease bus travel times and increase reliability, rather than having this slow, unreliable and strange set up.
It does take a while to get through the "death by traffic lights" zone down there, but my guess is it'll be something to do with zoning regulations in front of All Hallows. Can't be sure though.
Congrats on 200 subs! Love watching bus routes in brisbane! Keep up the great work!
Thanks so much!
Have you done the 379 yet chief? From Stafford to Ashgrove?
