One thing i understood is that paid internships are basically cheap labour from my understanding. They pay you for the work that a trainee or junior employee would do but for a less pay. So if you are equipped with the skills of a junior employee then you can get a paid internship. And startups benefit from paid internships a lot.

If you want to do an internship, go for it! It's a great organization where you'll learn a lot, get certificates, and the courses are available at a reasonable price. The career opportunities in this organization are excellent.
The best approach is to watch TH-cam videos and focus on one skill at a time. Also, don't forget to implement the learning or execute it. which skill you want learn.

I would suggest getting knowledge from more reliable sources. Gary V, beer biceps are content creators and not expert in fields. Learn skills that directly useful in industries- data analysis, R/SQL, excel, python etc. this will make competent and valuable
Here I got a little good vibe coz...mujhe v mera 2nd internship mila at a company of graphic designer post 5000ka stipend denge ...I said yess definitely coz I need experience....but for sometime mujhe laga ki yeh paise thode kam nhi hogaye mujhe expected salary puchi gayi thi mai boli I don't know about this how much should I expect...as because I don't have any experience as Graphic designer so then they honestly offered me 5000per month for 3months ...during the interview maine yeh bohot sahi laga ...bina kuch milne se atchaa 5000 milna enough hai yrr wo v newly field may work karne ka experience milega mereko ...so I said yes ...ab aaplog batao .. isn't it sounds good ?
God! This very much feels like a lie. I was only in grade 11 when I applied for a Business development internship and I got a stipend of 5000/- monthly offer by a company from Delhi which was a remote internship and that too without taking any courses. Taking so much courses and then applying is not the way really. If this would have been the case I better get a mansion to live in. Kindly be truthful towards the content you create
