Why did I just realise he is the only person who actually knows what fashion is what it means and it's depth. Even our designers wouldn't know. BEST EPISODE EVER ABOUT FASHION
Theres nothing more attractive than a well researched journalist. I absolutely love the fact that he remembered all the looks and even the simple little details, the cross referencing from across different cultures was so impressive! And Amna omg I feel like hes your male version hahaha he pin pointed all the things that you’ve been mentioning in your fashion forthnightly episodes and I loved how your eyes lightened up when you saw him giving attention to those important points.
Today’s show was the best show! He’s so knowledgable. And with my attention span, that was the first time I didn’t skip even for a second and watched the whole show in one go. Amna please invite him often.
Loved today's show! No joke but even my mom sat through the entire episode without skipping once. Yawar's knowledge shows and the way he structured the entire conversation was so so logical. I hope he gets to be more on your show for future conversations.
This gentleman knows the talk and the walk..and his vocabulary is impeccable.. kudos to him for giving such profound insights.. enjoyed the show without fast forwarding it even once.. loads of love from Mumbai India ❤
Tabesh is irreplaceable. He brings style with humor. But Yawar is a discovery for me. Wow 👏. He brings intellect and thoughtful conversation to the table. I must insist Aamna to feature Yawar on every Fashion Friday episode. Want to know and learn more about fashion from Yawar's lens ❤ Just to add... This time my focus was more on what Yawar has to say than on Aamna which is a RARITY!! 😊
As am Indian Watcher mannnn please get him again I learned so much about Fashion Today! What a cool dude! Kudos!!!!! Missing Khojis Sarkasm Remarks 😂 Great Show
Amna it was soooooo thoughtful of you to bring this guest on your show and asked so many important questions. He explained everything meticulously. I learned alot from this show. You respect your audience and you don’t feed your audience with lame and dumb content. All of your videos are very informative yet entertaining, they are not boring
Love this session. No drama, no distraction, no irrelevant jokes or food on set but straight analysis. Not that I don't like Tabish, but Yawar knows much more or perhaps has the right energy and knowledge to talk. All I can see is that he has done his homework before coming to the recording. Thanks for pin pointing the issues and solutions. To all journalist, when you come on screen including social media, remember that you are also portraying your intelligence and personality. BTW, I love Yawar's hands, like I really like to draw them :), and his smile has a shyness.
Let this guy talk Amna...stop interrupting him...he knows so much.. The way he commented about the body type of our people...spot on!What Amna says now sounds so shallow after listening to Yawar's voice of substance.
@ I agree..apologise for my impatience. I was commenting as I was watching but once the whole episode was over, I realised Amna did give him space to talk and we got to hear his thoughts as well as Amna's.
Extremely informative and such a treat to hear this gentleman who is so knowledgeable and passionate and professional about fashion. Thank you for all the details Mr Yawar it was totally worth watching it.
THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST FASHION RELATED EPISODE EVER!!!!!! I wish ek youtube channel ho aur Yawar Iqbal boltay rhay mein suntee rahoon! From knowledge, to eloquence, to breaking down the basics of fashion to a science! This was beautiful!!!! And so constructive! For the first time i actually understood what exactly makes an outfit good or bad!!! I have never seen someone give out critique with so much dignity and grace!!! Please either request him to be a regular on your show or convince him to create his own TH-cam channel!!! We all need that in our lives!!!!
This guy! Who is this? Why have I not seen him before. The knowledge, the way he speaks, the Urdu vocab (that I'm so so impressed by because we've lost our language), the decency, the way he gave such a constructive criticism. This was one of the best episodes! So so much respect and admiration for Yawar. Amna toh hain hi pyari tareen insan! ❤
Shraddha maintained the modesty of the place she was in and greeted the crowd so beautifully. hands down its one of the best styling and best outfits on her ever and she represented India in the finest way possible.
@@aamnaisaniNo hate for him but I stopped watching fashion fortnightly because of him. I don’t enjoy it because it looks like you are so prepared and care about the audience, this shows through your words and preparation. He sounds like he can’t be bothered and is doing the audience a favour. Again, no hate but this is how I feel and I’m sure I’m not alone. Much love. ❤
I ABSOLUTELY agree!! Yavar is so professional and sounds intelligent and knows his craft. Tabish almost sounds comical and cringy! INEVER watch that show with Tabish. Enjoying This episode thoroughly!!
missed tabish so much...but TBH yawar is soo well in explaining like i was loving his urdu...his way of highlighting the right notes was awesome...loved it...! ❤ and obviously the OG Amna ❤❤
Looks like this is the only Pakistani fashion video I will be watching until the end. Yawar ..you have restored my faith in Pakistani fashion know-how.
How incredibly articulate is this guy! Not only can we tell that he has a very educated understanding of Pakistani fashion, and fashion in general, but it's a treat to listen to him as well. Such clarity of thought! Maza agya yar. This wasn't a discussion, this was discourse. And equally engaging. You need to be doing more of this Aamna. What you do with Tabish feels more like a gossip sesh (esp with those effects that you add 😬).
Aamna thank you for bringing Yawar to the table. Loved his insights. Got to learn a lot from this episode. Looking forward to some more power packed episodes featuring him.
Dude....I love this guy thoroughly!! I'm not even that interested in fashion but the way he contextualised everything he's saying with history and the social fabric...his knowledge is impeccable, plus the way he speaks is just sooo entertaining!! Plz keep bringing him back 😊
This guy speaks so well and is so well informed about his line of business. No comparisons with tabish, but he's definitely more researched and well read. This guy knows about fashion all around the globe. He should have his own channel. Loved this episode.
Sorry Tabish!! I absolutely love your show with Amina and look forward to it but this one hit different. Ive only watched the show up to 18:02 and have been laughing out loud at yawars comments. I will say, I’m learning a lot from him and his commentary on fashion and clothing. Thank you Amina for introducing us to such fantastic artists and talent like tabish and yawar.
What a polished person he is Masha Allah 🙏 very well spoken... selection of words...itny behtareen Urdu sun k Dil Khush hogaya...very well aware..he exactly knew what he is talking about..he should be the permanent part of this show 🙌
He's got me captivated with his talks, everything he says is so logical and well-reasoned. Plus, his vocabulary in both Urdu and English is seriously impressive. STUNNERRR
Yawar is amazing. He clearly has the cultural and fashion insider knowledge that I always expected from Amna. Here you can clearly see the difference between someone who has studied fashion and art history and someone who just calls themselves 'a fashion journalist'. He should start a youtube fashion channel. I would definitely be following.
I love this episode so much!! So much knowledge, insight and experience from yawar. I dont think i've heard any fashion expert talk in such detail. Please bring him often aamna
Out of all your shows, this was the first time I only wanted to listen to Yawar Iqbal. What incredible knowledge he has! Wow, I really enjoyed it. Please continue this show.
I wish people would realise she isn’t just a host paid by a tv channel.. these people come on her channel because she is a respected figure in the fashion world.
I don't know him before ,but gentleman is so well versed about fashion, clothing ,styling ;costumery...a new word for me .His fashion vocabulary and articulation is excellent his talk was so decent and informative I wanted him to talk more and more so decent and classy even in reviewing the attires .Excellent command on his field plzzzzz bring him more and especially plz do a programme at least once a month how to dress up for different events .Do a review with him on costumes and styling of actors in drama ;may you rise and shine ❤❤❤❤❤
Woww what an amazing episode, precisely what I signed up for. Thanks Aamna for bringing Yawar to the show. Such an elegant, eloquent and knowledgeable guy. I wouldn’t compare Tabesh and him, because the flavour of this show is completely different. Tabesh brings styling 101, gossip and fun to the table. Whereas, Yawar has brought tons of fashion knowledge, cultural trivia paired with sincerity. You must make this a regular programme. I absolutely enjoyed the global references, and look forward to see more ❤
I feel so good today, thanks to Yawar! I had given up on Pakistani fashion and especially the conversations around it. Yawar's knowledge of the wider fashion world and his commentary on the historical and cultural underpinnings of sartorial choices is at par with the people who come to talk to us (students) at the Royal College of Art. There is hope for Pakistani fashion and culture with people like Yawar around. 🤩😘
What a show! Completely understand your what to wear and not wear formals and red carpet. Just a request - also tell briefly how to make a well done outfit modest if one wants e.g. sajjal’s sari with sleeves. Like what should have been the length of sleeves and material matching the blouse or the sari velvet
Wow wow wow!! Speechless at the body of knowledge Yawar has. So so so impressed with his urdu and respectful style of talking, it was like music to the ears.
Tbh Sajjal stole the whole event with her presence she has such power full personality with simplicity that can over shadow others eaisly...anf it would be more great if Sanam balouch, Fahad mustufa, Fawad and Mahira also showed up
OMG loved this episode and Yawar is so thorough. He gave a fresh perspective to fashion for me atleast. lately i am struggling to find the right outfits for my body type, my friends thought i am being finnicky... ill suggest them to watch this episode to know that i am right and how Pakistani retail fabric construction has gone so bad. By far the best show by AHI. Yawar did complete justice to the topics being discussed ✨ It was a delight watching this episode of fashion Friday! Aamna & Yawar for the win 🙌
Yawar has such a refreshing perspective.....so insightful and knowledgeable. Tabish is the best friend that you can laugh with after a party about how everyone looked. They both bring different perspectives. Kudos to Amina for such a wonderful addition to the Ahi family.❤
One of the most insightful episodes! It was such a treat listening to him. From his breakdown of all the outfits, to giving us so much information regarding dressing Pakistani bodies- kudos to Yawar for this epic episode!
Such a wise and well informed man MashaAllah . Best part is that he did his H.W he didnt need to see each and every pic on the spot. Loved every bit of this episode. Would like to watch more of him with u 😊. It's just that he should watch the camera more for us😂😂
A suggestion for amna, she’s good at what she died but when you’ve asked someone to join the video/review, especially when they’re more learned and well spoken in the topic, please let them finish. She literally interrupts one remark of yawar 4 times, every time I start enjoying his insight she comes in with something absolutely non serious or something repetitive. Please try not to do this, if you’ve invited anybody well versed in the topic you’re covering PLEASE let them contribute properly. In this video, her reviews of clothes and styling of hum awards we’ve already heard before on something haute, why would she not let yawar speak and complete?
What a joy listening to Yawar! Apke urdu sun kar maza aa gaya! Learnt so much from YAWAR, esp the way he criticises with so much respect and regard for personal choice. Haven’t seen this level of respect in conversations in ages! Zabardast YAWAR! We need more of you! I wanted to share something with YAWAR and Amna since the conversation was red carpets and representing culture. In my smallest capacity I was invited by Disneyland as a South Asian blogger in Canada and wore a Pakistani outfit to the red carpet: Black embroidered long shirt, golden Gharara and a red and white chunri dupatta. Learnt so much from this conversation that will really add to my outfit selection in the future! I don’t think I can add images to comments, so will leave a link to the instagram post. Shukriya again ❤
Please invite Yawar again!!! We as an audience learned so much and enjoyed the show. Very humble and speaks very respectfully even when he is honest about what’s not looking good. 😀🙌🏻
Wow so thoroughly impressed by Yawar's knowledge! I love how detailed oriented, enthusiastic, and comprehensive he is for the artistry of clothing/textile/fashion! Literally felt like I could visualize his words as though I am looking at a Vogue magazine! Kudos to your impressive knowledge Yawar!

Wow what an eloquent and well informed gentleman!! Really enjoyed listening to him and hope he makes more appearances!
You nailed it, Yawar!, and your command of Urdu is remarkable! I'm truly enjoying how sweet it sounds.
