Yep, Suho is an extraordinary caring leader, as he has been leader of Exo since before debut, in 2010 onwards...he has been through the struggles that Exo has had to endure over the years, and now is faced with the SM, CBX issue at hand today...all Exo members have many solo projects and businesses outside of Exo the group, and Suho is always on top of their projects and happenings...that's what makes Exo a strong band of brothers, a solid family...they truly love and care for each other. It's simply amazing to see over the years how much they communicate with each other constantly...no matter how busy one may be, Suho is always in the know...
Suho is constantly worried about Exo's future, more than anything. Exo has been through some unfair treatment, slave contracts, and constant crap thrown their way by SM so much, up to just recent years they have had the courage to say what they feel about the company without repercussions because of the strong fan base and the love from the fans...but as of today the issue with Exo-CBX has SM threatening future music with Exo the group, and this is certainly weighing very heavily on Suho's mind.
Suho has always been.a protector of the members, it is so very apparent how he will comfort them in public, on stage, everything. They really matter to him. Dad jokes aside.
In that clip where the caption "I've done my duty" showed, was the end of an Exo tour, the last concert of the tour, on Dec. 31, New Years Eve, at the end of the final concert...members were emotional as this was the last concert with Suho as he was getting ready to enlist....being the leader, sometimes the members probably thought "now who's gonna lead?" And Suho just spoke very fondly of each member, which made each cry on stage that night...and Suho cried because he felt being gone for so long might make the fans forget about him....fat chance Suho.
But that is what he said in essence, "I've done my duty", as leader of course, for the time being. Thank you for your hard work Suho, you are still our loved leader today. 💙🌺

Some extra things I always like to add when someone reacts to this guide:
- Junmyeon, like most of EXO, is a big geek~ He has a BIG love for Star Wars; the members joked back when they did a photoshoot to promote their song Lightsaber that Suho owned most of the merch that they were using in the photos^.^
- He's also very much the nerdy scholarly-type. Both his parents are teacher/professor, and they were adamant that his studies could not slip while he was a trainee and that he go to college.
- He travels a LOT, but he's the educated traveler type; he'll read books about the places he's going, do researches about places, learn key phrases in languages, and plan everything out. (Some of his favorites places to go are London and L.A.; he really loves California~)
- When he gets a new thing he's learning or is interested in (like wine, learning to play the guitar, learning English, etc.) he really throws himself into learning about it.
- We used to say he was the only real extrovert in EXO; if EXO was handed a mic, it was immediately passed to him, even if another member was asked a question directly. He also was the member often "volunteered" to do embarrassing things like learn a funny dance or aegyo.
- He really loves art. His first solo album "Self Portrait" really reflects that. He even released the album on the birthday of one of his favorite artist, van Gogh.
IDK if you know, but Playboy was written by SHINee's Jonghyun. Jonghyun (really all of SHINee~) was very close to EXO members, but Suho especially viewed him as a brother/best friend; for a period, when Suho was a trainee, people thought he'd debut with SHINee~~~ When Suho heard Playboy for the fist time, he said he actually wanted it for his solo debut, but it was gifted to the whole of EXO. So, when the members got the chance to pick a solo stage for their ElyXiOn tour, Suho picked Playboy^.^ * [[[TW]]] * When Jonghyun passed, Suho did not perform his solo stage for one concert, the first one after, but after that he went back to doing it; he said it was the best way to honor Jonghyun's memory, letting people hear the music he gifted the world~~~
The Last Kiss and The Man Who Laughs were musicals Suho auditioned for at almost the same time. He was just hoping to get at least one, and was offered the main role in both. After The Last Kiss finished, he had to immediately go into preparing for The Man Who Laughs; all the while, EXO was doing promotions, a tour, etc. Both of the musicals were two of the most anticipated and biggest productions for the season, and Suho was a newcomer to the scene. BUT he earned a ton of respect in that industry, and The Man Who Laughs was so popular that they did an encore run! Suho not too long ago just starred in Mozart! also~~~^.^
Xiumin might be my bias but Suho is a strong wrecker. I cried watching this guide. My love for him is so great, I really fell in love with his vocals.
