Bruce Kulick is by far my favorite and the best KISS lead guitarist they ever had. I love the non-makeup years. When they did the Official KISS Convention Tour in 1995, when they came to Detroit's Cobo Hall. I spoke with Paul Stanley and Bruce Kulick about the rumors of the Reunion Tour. I begged them to not let it happen. I knew Bruce Kulick would end up on the bad end of the situation. That is exactly what ended up happening. Now it's Tommy Thayer, whom I think is great too, and Eric Singer still playing the drums. Ace and Peter did not appreciate everything Paul did for them. I understand why Bruce doesn't do the makeup, he was never asked. I love the way Bruce plays, he plays the same way I do on guitar, in alot of ways, even though we do have our own styles. I just had to write this. I understand that nobody probably cares. KISS ROCKS FOREVER!

Bruce has his finger on the pulse. I do miss not seeing Bob Kulick on stage but that's another story for another day. Bruce is having a great time playing these songs he rarely played or rarely had the opportunity to play in Kiss. wish i was there!

Personally I love Carnival of Souls! I love pretty much everything KISS has released but Hot in the Shade, Revenge, and Carnival of Souls came at a interesting time in my life and because of that they have a special place with me. That being said I love hearing this stuff live! Wish they would have done In My Head!
I was born in 85 so a little young to have heard HiTS or Revenge and understood it, and I have to say that HiTS should have been edited down to 9-11 songs, BUT included Boomerang and Little Ceasar. When it comes to Revenge and Carnival of Souls they're both criminally underrated! But the fact that the only release we have of Carnival is almost an bootleg is just Criminal! It's such an underrated masterpiece, and so fucking heavy!
I Walk Alone is not only my favorite song from Carnival Of Souls, it's one of my all time favorite KISS songs!! Thank you so much for sharing this. It's nice to see it getting some love. :D

Besides wanting to hear KISS do the Elder in its entirety (which I know will never happen) I would have loved to hear them do anything from Carnival of Souls live. So many grooves on that album that I absolutely love. I Walk Alone is probably in my Top 5 songs by KISS.
I found a Spanish first pressing of The Elder of all placeses here on the west coast of Finland in Kokkola, Central Ostrhobothnia and it's about 8/10 quality! Now, the album itself is a little hit and miss, but I love the fact that they made it!! Dark Light and The Oath are shining stars on that album!
@@toddedwards5144 Funny how back in 92 and 96, Kiss released two very, very heavy guitar records and none of them sold much and both eventually turned the band into putting the make up back on. i think looking back that's a sure sign how much Kiss had fallen off the radar. if Revenge did as well as people assumed it was going to, Kiss would not have returned to the make up. NO CHANCE!

Once the Psycho Circus/farewell tour ended with original members. Make up should have come off. Bring Bruce back, Eric. No make up. And ride off into the sunset rocking.

Chris Zimmer No way. Against 1992 Eric Singer maybe, but he’s been phoning it in and overplaying for years now. And his drum tone sucks. And his 2019 fake piano playing was just laughable.
Wow Fonz since 1992 eh ? Ayyyy! You pin pointed the year & everything Congrats! Thats hard work. He’s one of the best Rock & Roll drummers period. As far as his drum tone goes his Attack snare drumhead is Superior. He uses Terry Bozzio on his tom’s & they are the best drumheads hands down. He’s talented and has a great voice for any musican. I didn’t see the fake piano playing so I cannot comment on that.

What guitar is Bruce playing? Can't recall seeing that type of headstock before. Great sound though,very nice.
