How to make tasty Pork Fry | Pork Fry Indian Style Recipe | Lockdown Delights
Pork Fry is a popular dish in most Christian Homes. Pork cuts slow roasted and fried with essential spicy ingredients is one of the favourite non-vegetarian dishes that will turn all heads. Pork Fry is a must in most of the Christian Homes during all functions and get-togethers. The juicy, moist and succulent pork bit, with a crunchy, crispy exterior is awesome and tempting beyond words. Pork fry blends well and pairs beautifully with paratha, chapatti and almost all rice dishes. So please do give this recipe a try

Ingredients :
600 gms Pork (medium fat) washed & cut
5 nos. Dry Bedgi Chillies
1½ tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Pepper Corns
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
1 + 1 large Onions (chopped fine + sliced lengthwise)
20 gms + 10 gms Ginger (chopped fine)
30 gms + 20 gms Garlic (chopped fine)
3 + 2 Green Chillies ( chopped fine + slitted)
½ + ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
150 ml ( ¾ cup) Water
2 + 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder

I replaced tamarind with tomato and made double the recipe.. a lil spicy but God so yummy!!! This is the first pork recipe I made which actually ended up amazing
