    Thank you for the comprehensive explanation of options for treating BPH. Now that Aquablation has become available, it would be nice if you could do a follow-up video discussing it.

    Thank you very much Professor Richard Hindley for elaborating on the options of BPH treatment. You said NICE has not approved Aquablation, does it mean that this treatment is not on the NHS? Can someone who has been referred for HOLEP ask for Aquablation procedure instead? thanks

      As far as I know, there is only one clinic near London that does aquablation. It is available on NHS, but sadly not in the north of England. Lets hope they have this option in the north soon.

    There are always results that are not the best for sexual function in many surgeries! Would you have it done on you and why?😊

    I'm supposed to schedule a procedure soon, TURP being recommended for me although I'm leery of it being overly invasive in my case. My prostate is only medium-enlarged, but I have a large median lobe apparently causing bladder blockage. I don't hear much about median-lobe issues, but how do the various BPH surgical procedures relate to this?
