The answer is very simple, very few player use the base skin, and skins has their own sounds variations
Also, listening with headset could be better for them. Similar with images, they always lean 1 meter forward and can't see details which makes it harder.

Even though Brand abilities has mostly obvious fire sounds, and sound waaay too different from each one from this video.. but still they guessed Brand for a mechanical sounds even, just stupid xd

@@Frostile he has tinnitus, so he plays without in game sound and is allowed to listen to background music instead
@@Frostile sometimes i mute bc sounds are too much and sometimes a sound makes you react to something without thinking and you can do the opposite like flash on sound but it was going to miss or do a combo off a sound but the sound ability misses and your combo misses etc

Lol, you know these videos are recorded in series? Majority of them are recorded on the same day as part of the content day, its just the editing that's different between videos.

@@val1dus._.688I got perfect score too. I think some people just register sounds easier. I dodge abilities, time cooldowns, or learn timings just by listening.

Hey, an idea from my side, to maybe spice these quizzes up a bit: Instead of individual players competing for the points, divide them up in roles (top, jgl, mid, adc and supp). Now every player of each role can get his role to the be the best one in this kind of stuff. Maybe for one episode, would change the flow for everyone competing ^^
(I know the episodes were taken at the start of split, but its maybe an idea for next year)
I messed up on Orianna, I thought it was the W and I haven't played woth the new Skarner yet so I had no idea about that one. I thought it was Graves Q, but the second part didnt sound like Graves at all.
i don't know if i'm the only one but it was so easy for me to recognize every sound (maybe i should take a shower someday)

I liked this one! But the skarner one is fake af. Don't put abilities in there with such sounds that are dependent on usage. Like Xerath Q has a long and short charge, don't use sounds like that because they could be very different every time it's used.
