Pad-thai Recipe, How to make Pad-thai from scratch? Pad-thai Shrimp. ผัดไทยกุ้ง ง่ายๆ

  • Ingredients
    Sauce:
    1/2 cups. water
    1/2 cups. brown sugar
    1/2 cups. Tamarind sauce
    1/2 cups. catchup
    1/2 cups. fish sauce
    Pad-thai Ingredients:
    1/2 lbs Shrimp (Any desire meat)
    1/2 bag. Pad-thai noodles
    2 Tbsp. shallots
    4 large. eggs
    1/2 cups. Pad-thai sauce
    Dry shrimp as desired (optional)
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil (3 tbsp for preventing noodles from sticking, 1 for shallots, 1 for eggs, and 1 for cooking noodles)
    Notes.
    If you like vegetables, you can add bean sprouts and chives a few minutes before turning off the stove.
    If you like tofu, cook the before meat or fry it separately and add it as a topping when you're serving.
    Serving Optionals:
    Bean sprouts
    Chinese chives
    ground peanut
    ground pepper
    lime slices
