Pulling out in front of someone who is traveling 100+ is considered borderline default NVL, but in character it's assault with a deadly weapon because in theory it is very dangerous...so you get shot. Realistically, with the harness, nobody gets hurt. Which is dumb. I'd love to see NP change harnesses to being broken after a few hard collisions, see people react by being far more intelligent about their driving. It could stop the epidemic of ramming from everyone.
