DIY THONG with fold-over elastic (FOE)

Use your home sewing machine to sew a really pretty thong with fold-over elastic. No serger is needed for this lingerie sewing tutorial!
Download my free thong pattern below to follow along with my tutorial, I show you a few modifications to the pattern to come up with this really pretty style.

Materials needed:
Fold-over elastic (about 2 - 3 meters/yards depending on the size you make)
Lace fabric (you don't need very much, less than half a meter/yard!)
4 metal rings, just make sure they're big enough for the fold-over elastic to go through ;)
