I woke up this morning to slight ripples. Not too bad. I still want to use them, cookies are due tomorrow. Will they still dry all the way now that I’ve put a fan on them or do I need to start over?

Just a hobby cookier here but I've really been enjoying your videos. I haven't even experienced rippling of the icing yet. It's so weird, the last couple sets of cookies I did turned out quite nice and I was feeling encouraged and then the last two were a disaster! Had colour bleeding and the denting plus I over flooded and had issues with consistency. A general mess! I can't imagine making cookies as a business, having a timeline and then having one or more of these issues come up. Maybe you could make a video and tell a few horror stories lol??

Thank you I was wondering why my cookies rippled I thought maybe it was the red frosting or over-saturating .
