- After trying multiple liquid hair growth vitamins Mary Ruth's Morning Liquid Vitamin + Hair Growth has actually produced some impressive results.
I've tried Mary Ruth's liquid hair growth vitamin for a month and a half after suffering from a bad experience with a cream that broke off my hair so badly, and I'm impressed that this liquid vitamin has actually started to grow my hair back. I shared some before and after pictures, so hopefully that will help you if you may be on the fence.
I previously tried Spoiled Child Liquid Collagen and I wasn't as impressed with the results so I switched to Mary Ruth's Liquid Hair Growth.

I used it now for 1 months and now on my 2 nd bottle, I noticed my nails growing within a week of using Mary Ruth , my hair has been growing but still dong have lots of energy 😢 but I will continue taking Mary Ruth for hair and nails

I just bought these. I need to look up your spoiled child review as well. I just started taking both of them. One in the morning and the other at night.
nice and thanks for watching spoiled definitely tastes better but this one definitely gave me better results. i am curious however in trying spoiled child's trufolix hair specific liquid vitamin
you actually need to take something for 90 days.
i don’t use any heat in my hair and yes it’s pricey.
i ordered the multi vitamin the sleep multi mineral and iron supplement for my body. and hair
i agree with that, for full results 90 days is definitely a gage❤️.. i can always tell which ones are legit when there's some results starting to show after at least 2 bottles or in this case i do think that oil helped as well that i was using
