Customer info: My gauges are not legacy Saitek code. They are totally different interactive gauges with in gauge coded conditions and local variables. Appearance as well as functionality is affected by aircraft power state and a sim HAS to be running and aircraft powered up to view them properly, otherwise they will display in “power off mode”.
I have 6 FIPS. Are they still USB2.0 today? What is a recommended hub or plug in to make them work.
Hi I have all my fibs working, a tip use a USB hub that allows you to switch them on one at a time, my only problem is I can't get the fib to stop saying low fuel even though settings show it shouldn't show that till under 10% or 5% but I'm getting low fuel warning on 90%, also my radios only let me change active channel and not stand by
Actually I 100% would not recommend individually switched port hubs unless it’s switches both power and data and that there is no chance of the FIP pulling power from the PC port. There is nothing to be gained by switching them individually. I have thirteen gauges as switch them on all at the same time. Fips need to powered BEFORE the PC is turned on and powered off AFTER the PC has been turned off. so absolutely no point turning them on one at a time. Fuel and radio should work fine, gauge can only show what is coming out of the sim assuming you are using FSX, P3D or MSFS and using one off the aircraft included with the sim. @@fipgauges1305 when I tried to switch all on at once only 2 came on, if I switch one on at a time afew seconds apart they all work fine

Hi just bought 6 fips The warning on the cable says install the softwear first, does that mean spad. Next, or something else
You need SPAD.neXt as main software driver, but you also need the manufacturers windows device driver. I assume the message is generated by SPAD and you can contact them to advise how to get you FIP hardware working

@@CarlandCrez no not the entire Logitech driver pack only the Logitech DEVICE driver, NOT the Logitech software or you’ll have clashes

I've got them working now, thanks for your help, the Logitech drivers which said they were for FIB didn't work, was only by downloading the link from spad.next did they work www.spadnext.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=53786&p=66906#p66906
I have a spadnext registered license but receiving an error "saitek driver not installed". Where can I download FIP drivers please?

sorry, the file .snp that I dowloaded by the website need a special program to open it? because the spad.next dont recognize the file.
SPAD will open my gauge files, but in your case your hardware wasn’t setup and ready for SPAD to control them. Glad it’s working now

SPAD is a dogs breakfast to use. It screwed everything up so I deleted it. My 6 FIPs work perfectly without Spad.
Rather late seeing your post but how did you get the FIPs working without Spad.Next??
