My headcanon is that Nocturne doesn't have one because of the serious injury he sustained. He quit Theater Vancoor after Gerald tried fighting him fairly by not using his own, since he took offense to being held back against. Nocturne is marginally stronger than Gerald, but I think that Gerald would have still beaten him ifhe used his Volty Blast, and that he would have remained with the warriors' guild if he were defeated honorably.
@@brettzforeman Yeah I forgot how much detail and background they put in on the game’s individual NPCs. I really hope Tri Ace gives this world another shot instead of another Star Ocean game.
