The video was very helpful and precise. I am interested in going into the optical field starting out in Sales and move up to becoming an Optician/ front desk receptionist. I was interviewed twice at LensCrafters. I also was interviewed at America's Best eyeglasses and Contact lenses waiting for a response. I have 25-30 years of Retail/Customer Service.

Im starting as a sales associate in the optical industry. I have two days of experience a long while ago so im quite nervous :3

Normal to be nervous don’t be afraid to ask questions or have them repeat themselves because then you’ll end up getting behind on the information! You got this you’ll need to learn a lot and then it will get easier
