How to volume down the indicator sound? When i play a music then i want to volume up/down, the (beep) indicator sound is too loud. It would be nice if i know how to setting it. Please

Hi!, Ejeas Q7 are compatible with Ejeas V6 remote control?, I have a remote control of ejeas V6 and i planned upgrade to Ejeas Q7 intercom.
Not compatible. EJEAS V6 does not have a remote control. Your intercom may be EJEAS E6 Plus. EJEAS Q7 can be equipped with the new remote control EJEAS EUC.

1st. Can I connect the Ejeas Q7 that has Bluetooth 5.0 with an Bluetooth 4.2 phone ?
2nd. How much does only the intercom weight and dimensions ? In internet I find only the dimensions and weight for the whole package.

2nd. Q7 weight: 51.9g. dimensions: 10cm x 4.5cm x (1.3~2.3cm).
Bluetooth is always backwards compatible.

How to switch between intercom (2 users) and phone music via bluetooth? For the combination of E6 and Q7, only E6 can turn on the music or connect with me (Q7). I (Q7) cannot play my music and cannot make a call to E6 while E6 is listening to music :/
Two people need to switch to the intercom state at the same time to communicate.
@@VnetphoneEJEASIntercom Ok, if i am connected to the IC (Q7 + E6) how can i turn on my music and disconnect from the e6? My Q7 does not respond to Dissconnect (press A, 1s). Only when the E6 causes a disconnection, my music starts to play.

@@hijomoto What is the role of the action camera connected to the intercom? I suggest you connect the action camera and the intercom to the mobile phone separately. Currently, the intercom have no recording function.
It is generally recommended that intercom be connected to mobile phone, MP3, and navigator. Used to make calls, listen to music and navigation voice.

Two people can talk at the same time, but only the master device can switch between different slave devices.
Is it Support Mesh Connection? Can I Connect to Sena / Cardo?
Q7 is Bluetooth intercom mode, does not support Mesh.
Q4 is Mesh intercom mode, and it cannot be paired with Bluetooth intercom mode.
You can use different brands or different models of products together, but we do not recommend this.
Due to different hardware and software and product functions, some problems may occur during use, I hope you understand that this is not a problem of the machine itself.

Can this be used for party conference?
Q7 only supports two persons to talk at the same time. One master can switch 6 slaves, but the slaves cannot talk between them.

Of course, make sure the voice assistant of your mobile phone is turned on. You can wake up the voice assistant by voice or long pressing the phone button for 1 second.

@@TP-qq5jg Q7 can be paired with EJEAS series intercom, but other brands of intercom may not be able to be paired due to different Bluetooth protocols.
How tp connect my phone then another slave at same times?
Q7 does not support the use of intercom and music at the same time.
If you need to use your mobile phone and intercom at the same time, V4 Plus is recommended.
How to reset Q7
I have a problem i has been reset the device +, -, power. But the device can't detect the bluetooth my mobile

The automatic answer cannot be turned off. When a call comes in, you can reject it by pressing and holding the phone button for 1s.
@@VnetphoneEJEASIntercom i think the autoanswer phone calls is not well developed. If you dont want to take a phone call, ejeas should IGNORE the call, not REJECT it.

@@VnetphoneEJEASIntercom i meant, the auto answering idea is good, but you call someone and this person REJECTS your phone call, it is like rude ( i dont want to talk to you ). It will be way bettet if the phone rings and rings and then the voice mail beep.

Sometimes even 50 mts away, i cant hear/ understand him. What should we do?

Intercom and FM can be used at the same time, but intercom and mobile music cannot be used at the same time. So you can listen to FM while communicating with another rider.
