Also keep in mind you cannot just cheat with it! Since giving much values will make item high level!
Also, set items tend to have max amount of effect. For example, if you put legendary effect on white item is not the same as if you put it on green item!
Yeah, I noticed that when you put more damage or protection on an item, it increases the level
This reminded me, and I really had to share!!! When I played a lot of Sacred, I am usually a really creative dude. I made mods for Starfield now, nvm, back to the point... I liked to play Sacred in my "own way". So I made a word document, with "MY CUSTOM RULES" that I must use to make game more interesting and different. So... using this tool you use now, I made a complete set of rules in Word.. TL DR... my char would start with 0. Everything removed. And then I had to craft items myself using gold and this item editor. I had to evidence everything in wordpad. Characters were developed then using item editor and character editor plus gold! This is copy paste from my 2018. gameplay, I STILL HAVE IT ON MY HDD !!! :D :D :D
"Sacred Underworld NL Settings
Start with nothing. All items used must be manually crafted using Sacred Item Editor. Gain equipment by killing enemies and then when you find suitable armor or weapon, grab it, reset it's values to 0 and edit is using Item editor.
DEFAULT RINGS AND AMULETS HAVE 1 ATTACK 1 DEFENSE
Set items keep their ID but all values are on 0, then they need to be upgraded.
1 Book gives 1 skill and 1 attribute point.
At Start, use unarmed until getting desired item.
SACRED CACHES: ALLOWED TO CLICK ONCE !!
( UNTIL & DURING LEVEL 5, +1 DAMAGE & ARMOR COST IS 5000 GOLD )
FOR DWARF AND OTHERS: EVERY 500 KILLS GAIN 1 SKILL & ATT POINT !!!
From levels 1 - 25 1 SKILL or 1 ATT POINT = 50 000 gold.
From levels 26 - 50 1 SKILL or 1 ATT POINT = 100 000 gold.
From levels 51 - 74 1 SKILL or 1 ATT POINT = 200 000 gold.
From levels 75+ 1 SKILL or 1 ATT POINT = 250 000 gold.
+1 SKILL TO EQUIPMENT (DISARMING / TRADING) = equal as levels
Sockets:
1 Bronze socket = 50k gold
1 Silver socket = 100k gold
1 gold socket = 150k gold
1 green socket = 200k gold
Removing Socket = 50k gold cost

Downloading a bigger file size required me to pay for a premium subscription that was only on Nexus mods, but I couldn't find it anywhere else
