Not African but I am sick and tired of the fact that in Cdramas they treat sending someone to the continent of Africa as a punishment. And besides that , never once named a country on the continent because they think of it as a poor village, the ignorance. It's a beautiful continent with more fifty countries, rich in history and culture.
Maybe it's some kind of colloquialism. I've seen that referenced in a few dramas. Once the ML threatened to send his assistant to Africa to raise penguins (!?).
Besides, we can't expect Chinese writers to adhere to Western sensitivity standards.

I read before China had made large investments in Africa. So when they " send them to Africa" it may have something to do with sending bad people far away from their known environment to some place much different & away from family & friends. Since this is punishment, have them work doing different kinds of jobs rather than what they are accustomed to doing. Just a thought. Anyway, I think it is funny like seeing large size Mickey Mouse, using reference to FBI, drinking black label Jack Daniels whiskey, etc. 😊

I find the third child's interaction with his father kinda ridiculous. Laying blame on the dad and testing him via hacking his company's network, business agreement prerequisites and throwing a damsel in distress at him, just because they felt that their father had abandoned them not knowing that he is totally unaware of their existence, was too much to swallow. Her kids are mature she should have been frank and truthful about their father. And some irritating farts who think themselves to be too smart nearly got the FL character shot in the head.

He's got a poisonous tongue and possessive traits, good thing plot has a good reason for this.
And m'dear, this is not your typical I sleep with you then forget about your face and ran away with a baby. There is some running away and babies but ML here is such a scheming man and FL is a clueless lamb who fell into his pit. Finish it and you'll find out!!!

這劇真的很尬。男主不夠帥不說，表情木訥，演技真的不達標。男助理跟安叔叔的顏值都比他好高兩籌。女主也不夠漂亮，演技祗能說中規中距，女二的顏值和演技都比她好。三個小孩演得不夠可愛，總是裝大人的，小女孩比較可愛些。但最糟還是劇情，總覺得劇情不流𣈱，東說一點，然後跳過又西說一點，故事情節胡亂的穿插，剪接混亂，弄致故事東歪西倒，真的找不到一個比較好的看點。真是敗筆。
