If you weren't afraid of clowns before, this oughtta do it for ya. These two are insane--and that's no joke. (Srsly tho, should probably warn you that this one's pretty disturbing. Was for me, at least.)

For once, the animation corrected a mistake in the analysis.

Irony: The death battle with two completely insane characters has arguably the least violent 3D death.Some were blown up, some were disintegrated, some had their head blown off, Some were decapitated, some were sliced to pieces, some were snapped, stabbed, and all that, but in this one we didn't even see any blood or physical damage on the loser. The winner was in more bloodiness than the loser
Yeah seriously. The only one in Season 3 so far to have a violent death was Bayonetta.
If Mewtwo doesn't get reduced to ash or Shadow doesn't get torn apart by psychic powers, I'm going to call bullshit.

He had a mask on, not saying that is wasn't a horrible way to go, but it doesn't have the same effect with the mask.
Scary thing is, Joker Venom has something similar in real life. Strychine, an alkaloid found in numerous plants, is a deadly poison that works by binding with the receptors that allow muscles to relax, causing paralysis and death, often locking the face into a rictus. It was very popular at one point as a murder weapon, because the symptoms could easily be mistaken for a fatal grand mal seizure.
My favorite Joker quote is "Sometimes I remember it one way, sometimes another. If I've got to have a past I prefer it to be multi choice" that quote just captures the Joker so perfectly and it's from one of his creepiest stories "The Killing Joke"
Great reaction Ris! At first I was betting that Needkes would win just based on his pure brutality and his Sweet Tooth car. However, I think that Joker did deserve the win because of how cunning and manipulative he could be. It's funny how two of the most violent people in Death Battle so far resulted in one of the least gruesome deaths. Though it was still very disturbing. I personally enjoyed this Death Battle very much.

Here's how i see it. Vegeta killed Shadow The Hedgehog. Shadow gets resurrected and seeks to go kill Vegeta but then is stopped by Mewtwo and is gonna take out Mewtwo because Mewtwo had befriended Vegeta (If people rememeber the joke battle of Vegeta vs Mewtwo)
Should have been BlackWarGreymon. That would not only be another awesome opponent with a similar personality and backstory, it would give us the Pokémon vs Digimon battle we SHOULD have had from the beginning. Red vs Tai was target practice, not a battle.

Kevin Jong Well yeah Digimon as a whole would beat the whole of Pokémon species, but that isn't generally what the battles are about. And the characters had been compared since BWG was first a thing, long before ScrewAttack was ever around.
BJGvideos i know its not what its generally about except for Pokemon vs Digimon, it was the reason why they named it that. Ben said they named it Pokemon vs Digimon because it was talking about Pokemon and Digimon in general.

In the Twisted Metal Universe, you have a wide variety of cars and participants. It can range from someone riding an ATV, an RC or a motorcycle, to the more outlandish things like Monster Trucks, 18 wheelers, a tank (that has a regular car on top of it), , a moon buggy, a man who is literally strapped in between two giant wheels and even a Nuclear Missile launcher truck
...
and more times than naught, the winner is the clown in the Ice Cream Truck.

So yeah, as everyone else here said, it's Mewtwo vs. Shadow.
Some have noted that Shadow had a range disadvantage against Vegeta (that is, Shadow's attacks don't go as far as some of Vegeta's basic ki shots), so I'm not sure if that'll change with Mewtwo.
Also, not sure if it's certain, but I think it's been proven that Shadow doesn't have the best mental defenses...

This is my favorite death battle for so many reasons.
Also I think joker wasn't affected by the gas at the end,he just went insane.Because joker is immune to his own gas.

Actually, when taking mega forms into account, Mega Mewtwo X and Y both have the same base stat total as Mega Rayquaza (780) while Arceus only has 720. So if you include that, it's still the strongest.
Speaking of terrifying but hilarious clowns, play Final Fantasy VI. You'd love it! I know I've said this before but others seemed to agree with it...I do have to wonder which version of Mewtwo they'll use because they did show two of them. The one from the first movie is the most likely one but I have a feeling they'll use a combination of that, the one from the Genesect movie, and the one from Origins. If they do that then I hope they at least REFERENCE the one from Conquest (another game you should play!) considering here's this pinnacle of modern technology suddenly showing up in feudal Japan (or...not so feudal depending on your opinion of some elements in the game) and forming what's essentially a soul bond with a real person who really existed.

I have been watching your channel since the goomba v.s koppa troops death battle and I just want to say you are my favorite TH-camr and keep up the good work!!!! I am to young to give you money on patron but if I was older I would.A anyway congrats on 60 k.
"Joker Venom: a deadly concoction that poisons its victims, forcing them into fits of laughter so uncontrollable that they suffocate and DIE." - And to think Scooby-Doo and the gang once encountered the Joker.
How was that ending disturbing? Joker and Needles were just having a good laugh...
They actually left out some important facts about Needles. He actually isn't all muscle! They say that Calypso has played him for a fool "more often than not," but really, out of all the games, he has technically only done so once, maybe twice. In basically every game, Needles gets his happy ending. Mind you, Calypso is also a master manipulator with reality warping powers, and yet, Needles actually tricked him into switching bodies, and then having Calypso killed. In another game, he wins and gets a cure for his curse, but is told that if he returns to killing, his curse will come back. As a result, he destroys the cure and just kills Calypso.
Two other things, and that would be that the second game I mentioned also notes that Needles has "meticulously" hunted some of his victims, meaning that he is capable of carefully detailed planning, and of course, Twisted Metal itself takes strategy to win, so he's no stranger to actually thinking. Plus he modified his truck to transform! You would have to be smart to do that! So in short, Needles is actually pretty smart and has proven to be quite crafty and cunning. Joker is still overall smarter mind you, but the Death Battle didn't portray Needles all that accurately. In fact, him not gutting Joker mid-sentence after grabbing him was out of character, and even then, he could have just shot Joker. He does like things up close, but at the same time, he doesn't care how you die, he just wants you dead. Realistically he would have never stopped to listen to the Joker.
Needles also has a shotgun, knives, molotovs, and more in addition to his machete, and in PlayStation All-Stars he could even breath Hellfire! So yeah, sorry for the long post. I liked the fight, but I'm a bit disappointed in how Needles was not portrayed as well as he could have been.

Rikkaku The Sai-Krowe True. But that said, his bloodlust would have led him to just cut the Joker after picking him up. He wouldn't have hesitated to do so mid-sentence, nor would he have actually cared what one of his victims was saying, so he really shouldn't have hesitated.
The truck is never formally explained. It's more implied in Twisted Metal PS3, being that, since that game is a reboot, he was entering the contest for the first time, yet he had his truck already and entered with it. On top of that, he has that whole legion of crazy clowns following him that made their own Sweet Bots, albeit much weaker versions.
Anne Cruz Without vehicles, Joker could eventually win hand-to-hand. He'd just have to be careful because Needles doesn't play around. If he nails Joker, he's gone. Luckily, Joker is well-experienced and quick, on top of his unpredictability.
+Varia the Hunter Speaking of the sweet bot. This isn't even the strongest version (well in canon maybe)
In Twisted Metal Head on, the final bosses are Dark Tooth and Tower Tooth, which have the abilities of almost every fighter and have incredible amounts of health. But they're controlled by both Marcus Kane and Needles Kane so I suppose that the outside help rule would play.
That's fair enough but Joker had him intrigued with his words. He was being manipulated into letting him live long enough for one quick speech. Unfortunately for Needles it was his last
They pointed out in the vid that he outsmarted Calypso, the one manipulating and the one behind the Twisted Metal tournament, I believe, in the sidebar, and people put that as a reason why he isn't all that dumb, but to be honest, that was a one time thing, and Needles has consistently shown that he's always going for the satisfying kill. He went through an entire hospital of people, killing them all one by one, instead of taking the elevator and killing his daughter, but she got away, and Sweet Tooth claims he enjoyed every second of it. That's early in his career as a killer, but it is also consistently shown in gameplay that he isn't against running over pedestrians and having fun during the Twisted Metal competition. (I know that's gameplay and gameplay feats are usually never valid but when it's an integral part of the series it's like saying Mortal Kombat characters aren't brutal fighters) So, with that being said, the Joker literally could have sprayed his venom at any given time and he could have won. There are perforations and openings in the Sweet Bot where the way the gas disperses would have forced ST to inhale it, the A/C on the Sweet Tooth would have forced him to take in some gas, and in close combat, with so many lethal things, (that buzzer is arguably worse than an electric chair and Needles took a lot of pain after being zapped there and was tired) I agree fully with this battle.

I always think because you watch most of these without knowing the characters it actually makes your reactions better because you're learning most of it for the first time seems more natural than some other people.
Yeah... Hands down, while all fights have action, drama or comedy to them, this is the first death battle that we've had that can be best described as dark and disturbing. Yeah, Joker lightened the mood, but technically speaking, this was basically serial killer vs serial killer, and someone was going to wind up dead. Not saying we should have more fights like this, but it was a nice chance of pace for some a show called "Death Battle."
I knew how things were gonna go the second Joker started giving his monologue at the end. I was like "ooohh....shit..."

Ris, Joker was voiced by Lucas Schuneman and Sweet Tooth was voiced by Gianni Matragrano. They both like the tweet I posted three weeks ago on Twitter and I told Lucas that Mark Hamill would smile from ear to ear doing the Joker and he replied back to me on that.

You're right. The Batmobile is more powerful than Sweet Tooth. However, the reason that Sweet Tooth (the vehicle) beat the Jokermobile is that the Joker does not have much experience driving military vehicles, least of all the Batmobile. Meanwhile, Needles Kane practically fights with Sweet Tooth for a living, so his agility with Sweet Tooth would give him the advantage in a vehicle battle.

GaaraOfTheSand She's cosmic level. As in, universe buster, easily. (In fact, she's rated as "universe level plus".) She doesn't start off *that* powerful (in fact, she's whiny and weak), but *damn* does she ramp up later on. For reference, even Whis is only considered "universe level."

first off, you are very funny lol, and i like the outcome tho i dont think that's how it should have gone personally, i wished i could have seen needles face contort bc of the gas, and i wanted too see the razor cards in effect more, i feel like it would have ended differently if not sooner if they had
I like how it went and I knew Joker was a great manipulator. Hell, if he can make Batman and Superman pawns in his twisted scheme, who's to say Needles wouldn't have fell for his crazy, dark speech.

Mewtwo will be facing Shadow the Hedgehog. I saw it on their twitter and I was immediately confused. They have used Shadow before, so their basically doing the same thing they did with Batman. I believe they're using Shadow again because Mewtwo is a more reasonable match-up for Shadow then Vegeta is because both Mewtwo and Shadow are genetically form creatures with distant powers
If you listen carefully, you can hear the soundtrack from Mad Max Fury Road.
Something tells me that Sweet Tooth is the victim of less history than his combatant.
To answer your question on why the "Boomstick-mobile" is a hot dog well that's because the Boomstick is a giant hot dog that somebody gets to drive before Dallas Ranger games I only know this because I went to one Wensday.
Yeah, I thought this was a disturbing Death Battle too. But I would have been surprised if it was not.
I liked the outcome here, Needles is the tougher one, but Joker was the smarter, and was able to stay alive long enough to use that intelligence as well.

The "Joker mobile" from the video game they showed (the one with the gun on top and the thing that spews missiles everywhere) isn't real. That scene of the game was a hallucination Batman was having after being injected with fear toxin too many times. Joker takes control of Batman's subconscious (since Batman is infected with Joker's blood still, from the previous game). Eventually Batman corners Joker inside his own mind and locks him away. It was basically Joker showing Batman what he would do when Batman eventually took in too much toxin. It was actually just a fantasy in which Joker modified the Batmobile to look how he wanted. Everything he did in that fantasy, while it did look like Joker, it was actually Joker controlling Batman's body (and was all a hallucination).
How was Sweet Tooth able to hear the Joker while he was inside his mech? Seeing how badly he was hurt, could barely speak clearly, it's quite a stretch that Sweet Tooth would be tricked outta his vehicle . Was hoping for the Joker to die (especially after seeing a clip from the worst episode of Batman the animated series), so I could do short vid where he goes to hell and back.....

Mewtwo vs Metal Sonic? They are both man-made. Mewtwo was powerful enough to kill his creators and Metal Sonic was powerful enough to rebel against his creator (Eggman).
