I think I used the reshade that came with the MVGA release at the time. Unfortunately, I don't have a link anymore, and I probably wouldn't recommend the mod considering that as far as I know its no longer supported :(
I think when done well it can actually be more immersive than voice. Voice RP sometimes takes me out of it when the voices clearly don't match the characters, and text RP doesn't have that problem.
yeeeaaah, and it's way more funnier when you hear 13 y.o kid yelling at you "stop, it's the police", right. Or female character talking with male voices, or that big ass roleplay of moans and groans when your ass get shot by another original Keyshawn (M) from Davis, for a traffic violation. No, thanks.
