Its too bad with people that are all about streaming because when your a person that has a dedicated subwoofer (which alot of people that all about the streaming usually don't have or own) you can't get that bass out of streaming audio or good dynamic sound with dedicated audio speakers, most people don't care their just happy with regular sound and picture from streaming and soundbars. Me, I got hooked when I bought my first wired subwoofer for soundbar that had and output for a wired sub. Was blown away by what good it did for that soundbar. Now I have wired subwoofers and wired speakers. 👍
First comment 🎉 Ive always been a REL fan but this video made me re-evaluate my choices, i shall definitely be looking into grabbing a new klipsch sub after watching this. Keep up the good work 👍
My Klipsch subs ROCK my house like there is an earth quake with my Marantz SR7015. I just ordered the Outlaw 7000x Amplifier because nothing exceeds like excess! I like them. Thanks for the video Kpaceguy
I’ve got a pair of the previous gens. Definitely wasn’t an advised purchase but they aren’t bad. These are definitely deeper but they do have the same front slot port.
Is 180 degrees the default phase setting? I always thought 0 was but I can’t remember if I heard that somewhere or if I’ve always just assumed it. Always learning something new in this hobby.
I’d be curious to see some measurements in the full review. And what kind of max SPL you’re getting in your theater. I’ve heard good things about the new Klipsch subs.
You can't say you have not been warned I hate to pass out bad news don't get me wrong I love their speakers I really do.....😊 but unfortunately because of those cheap plate amplifiers problems are starting.
Hey kpace guy I know svs will shake more I saw a video with home cinema king and his demo was with klipsch rp 1600sw and svs pb 16 boy the svs shook that place more than klipsch svs as we know it's more solid. Have a good one bro blessings
I'm a little hesitant for a Klipsch sub right now because I bought the SPL 150 (15") sub and the amp went out eight months later. Although it was still under warranty I was able to get it repaired. I got it from audio advice and they kept it for about 10 months before I got it back. While waiting for it to be repaired I got an svs PB 3000 and that sub is a noticable upgrade. I've seen on different forums were people were having issues with the amps with the SPL line so I'm waiting to see how long my replacement amp last. Also, I'm waiting to see if there will be any issues with the new RP line of sub before I'll be willing to get another Klipsch subwoofer. I've had my Klipsch sub back about 7 months now and if the amp goes out again I'll be getting another PB 3000. I do want the Klipsch subs to work out because my home theater (7.2.4) is all Klipsch and I'm enjoying my system.
What reference level are you running on your receiver. I didn't think you would ever buy a Klipsch sub let alone listen to one again. Just like me some products deserves a second look. After seeing your review on SofaBaton X1S, I purchase it. I have not setup the activities yet so I hope this doesn't disappoint. I given them second chance, so I hope the Klipsch RP1200 doesn't disappoint you. So what are you going to do with a fourth sub?
@@Kpaceguy biggest factor will be how my next door neighbor reacts, he's already having some issues with my 5" Down Firing Subwoofer on my Vizio M51 Soundbar. But Before 3 pm I can shake the house at 20 HZ with the Triple 12"
@@Kpaceguy this is my First Subwoofer since 1998 when got my Infinity 12 Down Firing Subwoofer 100 Watts RMS from Circuit City. That still Working Good too.
I have the RP1000SW and am thoroughly impressed. It gets really deep for a 10 inch sub. Perfect for home theatre in a medium-sized room.

I have some the fives, can I connect that subwoofer to them?...
Nice video 👌👍
Yes you can
I have the RP-1000 and it’s great. What is the name of the movie clip you are testing the RP-1200 with?
Tron. It's excellent for bass
I have two of the 14s and man they shake the house. $699 right now while the 16" is $899
Got the 12 for $529
@@gsanchez922 me too. When I saw that price I did not hesitate. I am upgrading for an old SVS PC12 NSD and a retail klipsch.

I'll definitely tell the truth about this sub in the review so stay tuned
I think Starke SW15 for $499 was Best deal but now is $549 still good. But the Emotiva Airmotiv XS12 for $549= Nothing can compare is King ?

I'm not going to keep it. It's not in the class of bass the other 3 subs are but I definitely will review any and everything
Hah, Tron... excellent choice brother
These have been on sale a lot lately for $599. Never pay full price!
That size sub looks good in your room...2 would be perfect
Might be right
I got two, breath taking.
i'll stick with svs
Have you heard of OSD Trevoce, the Triple Woofers, 2 Passive and 1 Active? It's just $300 now. Not sure about the Reliability of it
I have. Looks good. I've been meaning to review it. Osd is a pretty good brand
