Indeed, this is true, Richard, you're absolutely right. I used to say "Yes" when I wanted to say "No"...what a messy thing! When I started to learn about HD I began to catch myself before and I tell myself to wait and to take my own sweet time before committing into something I don't care for. I realized that I actually find satisfaction in saying "No" when I need to say "No" and "Yes" when I want to say "Yes." Thank you for this video, it's a great reminder. 🤗💗

The life does become calmer. Catching myself in many moments along the way has been an exceptional learning. Love love 💗

Alot of gold in this one. Gonna be rewatching/listening for sure.
One thing that really jumped out: “the frequency of the not-self.”
Not sure if it’s the first time I’ve heard it articulated exactly like this or just a matter of timing and the first time I HEARD it, though this particular distinction alone holds SO much wisdom and codes to unlock such deeper understanding of these dynamics… 🧬💫

Thanks Rok. Yes, it is a frequency, a dissonant one. I'm happy to have been of help in articulating it for you. :)

The density of the shadow becomes clear through the mirror gates in the chart, thank you Richard

Yes, Quietud, it's something to watch for in the work necessary to de-condition. :)

I'm always appreciative of recieving information when I need it the most, or ready to understand what it is, for an aha moment. Thank you!

I think for many, doing shadow work is enough.
I will count myself as lucky if I’m keeping up my shadow work life time. It is that worthy.

I'm enjoying letting Richard do the work.
I directed a curious friend to your latest videos.
I feel myself deeper as a friend and companion to others, not my job to hurt myself working on them anymore.
I could list my gates compromised by Richards channels but i cant be bothered.😉.
Suffice to say my utterly floating but triple activated 2nd gate, leads the way...by being what it is, by my not being what I'm not.
There can be great insecurity and anxiety steeping back from acting on my need to control life.
    Underneath i simply dont know
And thats the wonder as well as the horror, the peace and love.
And maybe a cheeky sense of humour if we're lucky!

the not-self has a vibration that is something calibrates below 200 using David Hawkins scale. Rooted in fear, has kind of discomfort when I go near a person. I'm getting more interested in honing telepathic abilities. Peace to everyone.

Hi El T, yes I am familiar with Dr David Hawkins. I found it useful too :)

the moment you try to witness your notself with the hope that next time it will be less or gone - you already lost . Lost to your distraction, trying to be something or become something or messure you to something you are not.
I do like your video, and your attempt to bring awrness to notself, I liked very muhc the first half.
Same time I say your own notself unawarely senaking in from time to time, trying to be more on top of it than you actually are (hastag open ego/ ajna)
isnt it tramendously difficult to not only talk about something but actually embody it? (hästäg wintessing 7 centeredness in owns own communication)
More videos on notself please!!! I mean that! Its in my view nothing more important in this time, learning to befriend the biest!
    THANK YOU!!!!

Ho Ho! Catching oneself in the moment is not about hope, it is about realisation. Sure, we may need many such moments for those pesky NotSelf tendencies, but I've learnt to live without measuring myself against some ideal. Just doing one's best is enough. :)

@@humandesigninfo oh that comment of mine... .. thought I had taken it down.... . when a Projector doesnt wait ;) :D
yes, totally helpless, "one doing its best is enough" - great Generator wisdom!
