The first review of 2019 is one badass piece from Iron Studios. It is, of course, the Punisher! This statue had a bit of a rocky early reception on social media, but now that more have shipped, how did the statue really turn out?

I just read Punisher Max Omni vol 1. This look reminds me of that Punisher. Be cool if they put a trench coat on him. I do like this one better than the Sideshow PF that's coming soon, because of the classic head sculpt.

if I remember right your a huge Daredevil fan and I think ive talked to you about the new Sideshow Daredevil PF and whether or not you are planning on getting him and I think you said you weren't planning on getting him and im tellin ya that would be a huge mistake if you don't end up getting the new Daniel Bel Daredevil because it is so incredible impressive, I received the Prime1 Venom and SS Daredevil PF with in a week of each other, Venom first, and the P1 Venom is one of the best pieces ive ever seen and I was seriously damn near just as impressed with the Daredevil PF as I was the with the Venom. The amount of Detail that Daniel Bel was able to cram into that piece is mind blowing, I mean everywhere you look there is top notch detail. The musculature and physique is next level, specifically the upper body the arms, shoulders, back and shoulder blade area. Then theres the suit, the paneling, you've got metal armor panels, mesh panels, and the red leather panels each having its own unique texture that give each type of panel its own individual characteristics yet all the panels blend together flawlessly that give this suit a sense of realistic functionality that is rare in a super hero costume, and then the base, again jam packed full of detail, I cant stress enough how awesome the SS Daredevil is and will certainly be one of the most underrated statues of the year, because on the surface it seems like just a simple ordinary statue since its just a base, body, and head, but when you get up close to this piece you can clearly see this is so much more than a simple ordinary statue, and since your a massive Daredevil fan it would be a crime and a damn shame if you didn't own this piece

Good video. This is easily my favorite Punisher out or coming. Its the only one that reminds me of a specific comic. Great point about the straps being different material and the look it gives. I love what IS did all the way around.
