Came back here because I did buy this flashlight and after over a year of use I can vouch for this. Such a nice slim, cheap yet worthy flashlight. Gets a lot of use for me and still runs well. Definitely worth the price.
Absolutely love this. Thanks for returning to say so.
r/flashlight has over 164k members. Such a deep (yet brightly illuminated) rabbit hole. On the other hand, r/lightsabers has nearly 154k members. Coincidence?
If you’re game for a tiny torch with tantalizing touches, I also highly recommend the Rovyvon A5 series. I have one in my backpacking kit and one stashed in the car. They’re brilliant.
I always look forward to your comments. Your flavor of written humor is so up my alley I often literally “lol”.
The Rovyvon id in my sights now. Ty.
@@milotash The shared sense of humor must be related to why your channel is my favorite! 💯
I love your video. Straight-to-the-point very informational answered my questions and now I own one thank you.❤
I’m so glad! And I hope that your new flash light is the perfect fit for your needs ☺️
@@milotash I t is bang on. I went back and got one for my Wife and one for my truck. Thank you again.!
I've used a Thrunite T1S for so long that when I bought this I was very dissapointed, but then I realized it was $10. It now lives in the little door handle pocket in my truck and I use it when checking oil/coolant, perfect use for it and I don't care if it gets lost in the truck somewhere. I've filled the hole it was supposed to serve as my EDC light with a Reylight Pineapple Mini, 10/10 especially at the size and price.
Fantastic comment Harry. Super real and honest. Thank you.
Love this flashlight so much I bought everyone in my family one! Click once-dim, click twice-bright! Do you really need more?
Simplicity at its finest. Thanks for sharing Rory!
Seriously though, so many flashlightss
You’re not wrong, Liam.
Never enough....
Looks like a great light but that's why I didn't get when I saw it at home depot,, it's the runtime of high only being an hour were with my streamlight stylus pro it'll run 100 lumen for hours I think 4 or so but it's just my preference., this coast looks like a good bargain, nice video!
Thanks for the feedback! It’s totally hard to find a balance between bang and buck. Glad you found something that works well for you ☺️
I’ve trusted and used Streamlight, Surefire and Pelican for over twenty years.
Great brands!
I just bought that flashlight for my work too kit Friday after work. I’ll begin testing on the job site tomorrow
Heck yeah, hope it works well for you John!
@@milotash I’ve zip tied that pen light to my hard hat and after roughly two weeks I’m happy with my purchase and I’ve just bought a Coast PX1 for other work purposes
Heck yeah John! Love your zip hack!
Okay, serious question: I use my phone flashlight a lot, but it honestly doesn't seem like the best option. Is it worth carrying an actual flashlight as well? Or are we post-flashlight as a culture???
I feel like it depends on what your illumination needs are. I can get by with my phone for small quick things but it’s sorta hard to go back now that I have this mini guy. It lights things up better than Friday night on a football field and now that I have the taste for that I can’t really go back.
@@milotash Thank you, that's super helpful!
Look into fw3a by lumintop. I had one (fw3a in titanium) as a part of my edc for almost 3 years. Amazing little flashlight
Thank you for the suggestion!! We love flashlight discourse over here!!
So, does it have a high and low beam? How to switch from one to the other????
It DOES have a high and low beam and you simply click through once or twice depending on the beam you wish.
@@milotash Thanks, I think I have been clumsy with it!!!
Confused between i3t and this,
Which is best?
I’m not sure! I only have this one!
0:33 Same!
Yay! Go simplicity!
okay i am STRESSED.... you prob won't see this at this point but, HOW DO YOU SWITCH BETWEEN BRIGHT & HELLA BRIGHT?!! it says to "partially depress" the button and i have no idea what it means 😠😠🤍🤍🤍
Oh I just click through the series! Aka click once you get bright, click off then click against and you get lower level bright. I hope that helps!
