    just went from healthy salad to fattening salad with the nuts, raisins and walnuts and cheese and dressing. Too many calories for me

      Most people can't tell a difference between a carbohydrate and a protein. I met many who think protein= meat only. Nutritional ignorance is the main reason for many health problems.
