BALLERINA is the animation movie by Eric Summer.

I love how you can easily tell that Camile's mother was a dancer in the same class as Odette, but she lost to her and she never got over it and used her own daughter to get redemption.

And the only difference is Kovu isn't Scar or Zira's biological son since it's mentioned that Scar isn't Kovu's father so it's possible that Zira isn't Kovu's mother either since he's nothing like her or Scar. My theory is that Zira kidnapped Kovu when he was a baby and killed his biological parents because she and Scar both knew that Nuka wouldn't be a great leader.

I saw this movie many years ago.... I just found it again and I literally watched it four times.. It is such an amazing beautiful story... I've always danced since I was a teenager... I've always taken ballet...jazz and tap and have been in a few shows here and there and a couple of plays .. danced for a basketball team and did some belly dancing for restaurants.. which also required a lot of training..lol.....Years ago !!...but to actually make it to be a professional ballerina...omg... The dedication one cannot even fathom.. the immense amount of training and dedication along with a passion in your heart.. which basically is what the story was based on ... A passion in your soul.... such a beautiful movie❤

We all make mistakes and bad choises but that doesen't mean we can't fix things and do what's best. Camile could have just quit or given up but she chose friendship, teamwork and to stay true to herself. I respect your opinion but not every meangirl or villain is truly awful at all really

I know this isn't canon or anything like that, but when I first saw this a). love nora, but b). my head canon is that Nora is like Roseitta's daughter or little sister or something, literally because of that little detail that Roseitta reached out for Nora when she was eliminated. Literally me over thinking it, and know its not true, but I thought it was a cute idea.
I think thats only because she was eliminated and she would've done it to other two as well. She was there because she's the dancer and girl that is getting chosen will dance with her.
I'm sure she was just reaching to her hands as of like, comforting her since they are young dancers. Like in the end she's trying to make Felicie less nervous by gestures and words..ryt..
Ivan, the Russian guy is my favorite! I love how in every single ballerina movie I watch, there is always a Russian character, and it always has something to do with ✨France✨
This part was the saddest part for me 4:00 She was being so rude and Félicie was so sad
It’s not Camille’s fault she’s this way. It’s her mother.
That was mean but her mother is at fault for not accepting Camile as she is on the inside kind, sweet, fun and playful. She maybe a great dancer but that wasn't her dream and her mother still pushed her to it also you do find out that she has absoulutly no time to rest beacouse her mother forces her to get the part without caring that her daughter doesen't really want it. So she has nothing against Felice at all she just wants to be loved and enough for her mother at least once in her life so this is why she is acting the way she did. However i'm happy Camile stood up for her friend the way her mother treated both girls is insane. Beasides Camile did apoligize and they worked together

I am a ballerina and I go to school and I get a ballerina dress well I like watching the dance because I’m going to be a dance student next week and where are you going to go on the stage and everybody’s going to be so happy I got to go on the stage am I going to be so cited
Camile was mean to Felice like really mean but the truth is that she just wants to be loved and be enough for her mother at least once in her life. Camile never got the love and support that real family's should have whic is why she workd hard for the part despite not wanting that part at all. Regine pushed Camile way too much and Camile clearly has no time to reast beacouse Regine makes it clear Camile get's the part weather she likes it or not. So the truth is that Camile had about nothing against Felice but just wanted to be accepted for who she truly is and get the love of real family. Good thing Camile stood up to Regine in the end. if Regine can't love Camile as she is and accept that she doesen't want to be a dancer than there is no point in contenuing on anymore beasides if Regine truly cared about Camile she wouldn't hurt Felice and try to ruin they're friendship this way. Camile could have quit or given up but she chose teamwork, friendship and to stay true to herself that was very brave of her
