Did you consider making a 3 roller jig in more of a triangle pattern where the 3rd roller could exert pressure while you run the piece back and forth through the rollers? More like a tubing bender?
@@themellowmechanic I am going to be bending some for the bow of my boat, but bending it the opposite way that you did. I'm hoping it doesn't crack. Planning on using spanner clamps and just going slow with it.

If you at a “backrest” 90deg to the jig you can use both hands on the bending side.

Aluminum may need a bit of dressing on that Edge Flange with a Soft Hammer and Dolly. Cheers from Michael. Australia.
