For me yes, Kairi needs the moment and the plates to be optimal. Shotzi can run different ways, and I was hitting 25M consistently T2, then up to 40M T3 if needed (I use Gremlin Ears plate). I used 6sg Shotzi for showdown tournament and only lost once, to a 130% defence stun loop Acro Bianca. Handled new Charlotte, zBecky, acro Rhea, all at 6sg, all T2 wins. Only weakness is against multiply reversal chars (zLiv and Indy), so avoided those...
