This is how things should be today! Kids get out of school with no abilities yet they want to be head chefs, head jewelry makers, etc. no experience. When I was 16( 1970), I thought about cooking for a living. I researched the apprenticeship and had to admit it was more than I could handle 10 to 12 years as a “journey man” cook and then , then, u Hope u could get a job as a Soux chef...now kids spend 120k at culinary institute and think that makes them a chef....I respect ur work and work ethic. Thank u sir. And I must say, I am so impressed with ur skills and workshop!
I'm not sure how I ended up here... I'm self teaching jewelry making. But that is the most stunningly, beautiful, organically shaped pitcher I've reverted seen. Wow!
@@stillkickin9957 If I was teaching, I would demand it (like I did when teaching fly fishing to kds - safety first, and no eceptions), to not make them think, that it's optional. But irl, with my experience with silver and bandsaws, I don't think, he was in any danger there. His face is so far away from the cut, that I don't think, anything will ever reach his eyes (and if it could, he'd probably have known after a lot of sawing before becoming so good at his job, and put some on, since he did with the Dremel), and the video seems to confirm that.
Whilst there are craftsmen like this able to create such beauty, the world is a better place
Beautiful contemporary piece and he is so highly skilled. It's wonderful to see him work.

Are you the Techno Viking???
If you have the equipment you can make/do anything ,
Depends on who "you" are. Most people can't do "anything", no matter which equipment they get hold of..

Guessing it would be asking way to much to skip the annoying, loud music, and just do an informative narration.
That music was awful
