- This vegan flatbread with potatoes filling is delicious on its own. It is as tasty as with cheese filling
- Ingredients - Dough
600g bread flour
400ml water
30ml vegetable oil
7g easy action dried yeast
½ tsp sugar
1tsp salt
- Ingredients - Potatoes filling
750g potatoes
30ml vegetable oil
1 onion
½ tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
150ml vegetable oil to fry
extra flour for working surface
1 tbsp vegetable oil to grease the bowl
