Let's talk about finding the right dealer. It is very important that you like, trust, and respect the dealer and sales person that you're dealing with.
You're making a very big purchase, we all know it, and you want to make sure that when you leave the lot with the vehicle, that you got a good deal, you feel like you were respected, and you feel like the dealer and salesperson were very transparent on what you were purchasing.
Absolutely check reviews. Reviews are very important and if they have great reviews, chances are you're going to have a great experience.
One of the best ways, short of coming into the lot, is give them a phone call. You can definitely tell a lot about somebody by the way they talk to you on the phone. How much time they're willing to give you. How well they answer your questions.
Lastly, obviously, you have to stop in. Are they trustworthy? Are they open? Do they show you everything? Do they show you service records? Are they transparent? Are all of the vehicles on their lot clean nice neat and ready to go? When you come in for your appointment, do they pull the vehicle up? Is it ready for you to just hop in and take it for a spin?
