Been healing and recentering my identity as a powerful person as well as a manifestor. I don’t have the work I really want to be doing and the people I report to don’t really seem to have true leadership skills, so our team is miserable every day. I am putting my energy into shifting my environment into work I find pleasurable and fun!

I started my fitness jersey at 59, joined gym, lost 35 kg,; started personal training course at 62, graduated at 63,: applied for personal trainer position at PlanetFitness at 64' I'm still there , joined crissfit late 64 , participated in cross fit open since then starting with 3rd place ( you can check me out there) toon Olympic weight lifting online certificate course while been isolated ( covid time ) Took crossfit level one certificate course August 31 2024 at 69 years of age... so you say 60 is to late
