I made a bead breaker about 20 years ago using the same kind of Jack . Mine was slightly different as I was a fabricator/welder so used metal which helped with it being smaller and portable. Really enjoying watching all your great videos as a new subscriber👍

Great idea but to much work. I just jack car up take tire off put tire under disk brake lower car and let the weight of car do all the work. Works every time
I prefer this guys idea. I rather put some effort to build this jig then chance it on a car jack which is not easy to control. One slight mistake and you could damage your brake disk(s).
OK so I tried this and it seemed like whatever distance I put the rotor from the tire, it didn't separate the bead for me, so it didn't work. Do you put something else below it perhaps? Plus potentially damaging to the shroud behind the rotor... :|
Excellent. Where do you get the hook bit? Cut off one from a car? You can also make a smaller version viz: th-cam.com/video/V-MF9vr-ywA/w-d-xo.html&lc=Ugx5UHwkfWEOSwpTO4p4AaABAg though this one looks more like if you want a permanent, faster option. The wedge doesn't pop out? Works as good as flat wood?

これを参考に作りました。面倒だったので、四角の枠を作っただけ。そこにタイヤとパンタグラフジャッキを入れるだけ。一瞬でビード落ちる！凄い、ありがとうございました！
知り合いがこれを参考に横使いで真ん中でホイール固定出来るようにしてジャッキ2つで両挟み？でひっくり返しの要らないもの作ってました。更なる新作期待してます!!
