Any Sonos speaker should disappear from the list in the app right away after performing a factory reset. However I have noticed that sometimes it can take a few hours or so before it actually does. It will though be listed as "not active" (or similar). The speaker will be listed on your profile (if you log in to your account through sonos.com) until someone registers it to another account. // Chris
If nothing pops up in the app after performing the factory reset and selecting Add Product etc. that could potentially indicate something being wrong with the speaker. Has it worked before? Something else to try is to use a normal ethernet cable to connect the speaker straight to your router and then try and see if it gets found and can be installed. // Chris
Could also be idk if you’re using it wirelessly but the lamp is incompatible with WiFi 6. Mine never connects to my WiFi at all but the Ethernet works.
Wow thanks a lot! They should really put this into the instruction.
Thank you so much for the comment! Very happy to be able to help :-) // Chris
Do I need to unpair/remove the symfonisk table lamp from my Sonos system in the app as well? If yes, how do i do that?

Great and useful video, thanks
It worked with gen 2 e26 lamp port
Thx for the comment! I put the info. about it also working with the gen2-lamp/speaker in the description :-) Thanks again! // Chris
What if I can’t even find the lamp even tho I’ve reseted as you did? App keeps saying there are 0 new devices. Is it broken then?
