      Construction quality and brand value is excellent
      If u consider as an end use u will not find any issue in maintenance and other services but they will charge high maintenance
      But price ab bhut high hai y Iska positive or negative y hai because they bought land from Chintel at high price so selling at high
      Like minded community you will get
      You can look out other option to because price hype up hai

      The Good things - Very good construction quality, just next to the DPS school, club house is good, it feels good when you enter the premises.
      Close to the express way but not on the expressway. The basement for parking is very good. Nice tennis court/play area.
      Things that could have been better - Doesn't feel that designer or premium from outside but the basics are good. swimming pool is okay type
      The bad things - High tension wire, close to 40% loading, so 2500 sqft is not really 2500 sqft - which makes the apartments really costly.
      Overall it's good society It's really hard to get good construction quality nowadays
