Hi guys! In this vide I will be sharing three recipes that are fulfilling, warm, and delicious. These dishes are very comforting. I will showing you how to make chocolate chip match oat muffins (my favorite), sautéed vegetables with curry spiced potatoes, and a warm pumpkin and kale stew. I hope you guys enjoy this video. Recipes
Matcha Oat and Chocolate chip muffins
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup milk
Sautéed Vegetables With Curry Mashed Potatoes
Mixture of cauliflower and broccoli (1 cup equivalent)
2 cups kale
1/2 block tofu
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
3-4 large potatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Pumpkin and Kale Stew
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups kale
3-4 cloves garlic
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chile powder
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup water
